[RESOLVED] Known Issues: January 24, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) TP Purchase Error [RESOLVED] - Players have reported encountering an error message ("An unexpected error occurred while authorizing your transaction. Please try again.") when attempting to purchase TP bundles at the TOS Steam shop. We are currently in contact with Valve to discover the source of the issue and address it as soon as possible. We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[Fan Art Festival Results] Merry Me '17
Greetings Saviors! It’s finally time to announce the winners of the Merry Me Fan Art Festival! As always, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate in this year’s Christmas theme. We here in the office love the Christmas season and were happy to see so many different TOS characters decorating trees and preparing meals together. And, as we mentioned before in the official Merry Me announcement, this time the prizes included 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("The Gifted Artist") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance of December 5th, however, the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume will be delivered to the winners when the Cube is officially announced. Please note: After reviewing the accounts of those who voted in this season's Merry Me Festival, we have decided to exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses. [Fan Art Festival] TOS Vacation: Summer is back
Greetings Saviors! This time around our Fan Art Festival theme is… TOS Vacation: Summer is back! Welcome back to the summer term! Let's take a moment to enjoy the fun activities one can do during summer vacation. We want to know; Summer vs Winter: Which is better? Maybe you can play more sports in the summer, you can go to the beach or go camping! and we might eventually get free tanning all summer. If you like summer without comparison, please share with us your reasons why summer is so better than winter. Here is everything you need to know about this fan art festival: We will be accepting submissions from now until Jul 18, 00:00 EDT. From Jul 18, 02:00 EDT until Jul 20, 00:00 EDT voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“Loving Summer”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Jul 24. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Odd Candy Bonus Temporarily On Hold
Greetings, Saviors. As mentioned in the ‘Halloween ’17: Final Week Changes’ announcement from November 13, during this week’s scheduled maintenance we distributed to every player a bonus of 2,000 Odd Candies as compensation for Halloween event issues. Due to further problems found in the distribution of this bonus, we have decided to temporarily put a hold on all messages sent containing the Odd Candy bonus until those problems can be solved. This means that you will not be able to retrieve the Odd Candies from the GM message in your lodge while the process is ongoing. Note that this measure does not affect Odd Candies that have already been retrieved from the message box. If you already received the bonus in your inventory, those Candies will not be removed. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the issues are being processed. We will make sure to notify you once they have been solved.

Period From February 14, 2021 To February 17, 2021 Who can Participate - All saviors How to participate STEP 1 Check your mailbox during the event period! - Saviors who log in during the event period can receive 5 [Even Sweeter Valentine Chocolates]. (per team) STEP 2 Enjoy TOS with event buff! Effect Even Sweeter Valentine Chocolate: - Increase EXP gain by 10% - Max HP 1,000 - Recover 200 HP/ 100 SP every 10 seconds - Increases Looting chance by 300 ※ The above effects are applied for 30 minutes. ※ Up to 5 chocolates can be stacked. (ex: when 2 chocolates are used, Increase EXP gain by 20%, Max HP 2,000, Recover 400 HP/ 200 SP every 10 seconds, Looting chance + 600) Important - Even Sweeter Valentine Chocolate cannot be traded, only can be moved via Team Storage. - The chocolates will be removed during the scheduled maintenance on March 2, 2021.

Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on February 9, 2021 TO the scheduled maintenance on March 9, 2021 How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the [Ragana] NPC in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). STEP 2. Offer her 50,000 silvers and she might grant you with costumes by chance! - Even if you don’t get the costumes, you can exchange them with Demon God's Temptation Points collected by each offering. - 1 Demon God’s Temptation point will be given per each offering without reward. - Demon God's Temptation event items are sorted as [Legend/Unique/Magic] rank. Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - Obtainable amount is limited to 20 per server. - Obtainable amount of [Legend] rank reward resets on the scheduled maintenance on February 23, 2021. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - Obtainable number of items is limited to 400 per server. - Obtainable amount of [Unique] rank reward resets on the scheduled maintenance on February 23, 2021. Magic Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. STEP 3. Go to the [Demon God's Temptation Points Store] and buy costumes by using Demon God's Temptation Points. Important - Consume Demon God's Temptation Points to exchange with the items in the Point Store. Points can be shared between teams. - Costume selection box from the [Demon God's Temptation] event can be exchanged into Demon God's Temptation Points. - Contents of Demon God's Temptation Points Store will change when the contents of [Demon God's Temptation] event changes. - Items from the Demon God's Temptation Points Store are not included in the number of acquisition limits per server. - [Wings/Effect/Doll] items exchanged from Demon God's Temptation Point Shop are given as a form of item, and [Costume] is given as a form of package.
