[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - September 29, 2017
Greetings, Saviors! We will soon be performing a short temporary maintenance on all servers to fix the issue of members from certain guilds being unable to access the game. Maintenance is expected to take place at the following schedule: [EDT] 03:30 - 4:30 [BRT] 04:30 - 5:30 [CEST] 09:30 - 10:30 [SGT] 15:30 - 16:30 Please note that this maintenance is affecting all servers. We will update this announcement once maintenance is complete.
[UPDATE] [Fan Art Festival] TOS Revelation
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Your Revelation! We want to know: If you had received your very own revelation from one of our Goddesses, in what form would it be? Would they have appeared in your dreams to deliver their message? Or perhaps through a heavenly voice echoing from beyond the clouds? Show us how you would receive your very own revelation! We will be accepting submissions from now until December 15th 23:59 EST. From December 17th 03:00 EST until December 22nd 03:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“One of A Kind”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on December 24th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). [UPDATE] Due to delay of the schedule, the images will be applied to the loading screen during the scheduled maintenance on December 31st. We are sorry for inconvenience. Similar to the previous festival, a total of 10 pieces will be chosen. - 5 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 5 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description of your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Art Requirements: Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art must be related to the theme Acceptable mediums: - Illustration - Comic panels - An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. Policies and Disclaimers imcGAMES will not be held responsible for (a) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages, caused by events beyond the control of imcGAMES; (b) damages caused by plagiarized work submitted by the artist; or (c) inconvenience caused by human error or typographical errors in the rules or promotional material. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: January 24, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) TP Purchase Error [RESOLVED] - Players have reported encountering an error message ("An unexpected error occurred while authorizing your transaction. Please try again.") when attempting to purchase TP bundles at the TOS Steam shop. We are currently in contact with Valve to discover the source of the issue and address it as soon as possible. We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Class Balance Patch Preview
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to share some important information about an upcoming balance patch scheduled for the near future. We sincerely appreciate the strong interest shown in the recently introduced class, Blitz Hunter. Since its release, we have carefully reviewed various data and observed that its performance has exceeded our initial expectations. As a result, it has noticeably influenced the balance between in-game classes. In light of ongoing efforts to create a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players, we are planning on making some adjustment to the Blitz Hunter class. We truly understand and appreciate the dedication and passion many players have shown toward Blitz Hunter, and we recognize the concerns that changes may bring. Please rest assured that this balance update is intended to make other classes thrive along with the Blitz Hunter. In addition to Blitz Hunter, several other classes will also receive adjustments as part of this update. We promise that this change will enhance the gameplay and overall experience of Tree of Savior as part of our ongoing efforts to improve game balance. We sincerely appreciate your continued strong interest in ToS. Please understand that this balance patch has been implemented with the goal of fostering a more refined and sustainable gameplay environment over the long term. [Fan Art Festival] TOS Vacation: Summer is back
Greetings Saviors! This time around our Fan Art Festival theme is… TOS Vacation: Summer is back! Welcome back to the summer term! Let's take a moment to enjoy the fun activities one can do during summer vacation. We want to know; Summer vs Winter: Which is better? Maybe you can play more sports in the summer, you can go to the beach or go camping! and we might eventually get free tanning all summer. If you like summer without comparison, please share with us your reasons why summer is so better than winter. Here is everything you need to know about this fan art festival: We will be accepting submissions from now until Jul 18, 00:00 EDT. From Jul 18, 02:00 EDT until Jul 20, 00:00 EDT voting will commence. [Fan Art Festival Results] Merry Me '17
Greetings Saviors! It’s finally time to announce the winners of the Merry Me Fan Art Festival! As always, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate in this year’s Christmas theme. We here in the office love the Christmas season and were happy to see so many different TOS characters decorating trees and preparing meals together.
