Lovely Rolly Polly: SUGAR HIGH for the last week
Greetings, Saviors! Rolly Polly: SUGAR HIGH Event finished last week on April 7 and the result of the event is finally here! Who is the most popular master in ToS? Let's check together! Recon was 3rd in the first week of Rolly Polly event, but she lost her position to Nemoken in the second week. Boruble and Rosalia kept their 1st and 2nd position until the end of the event. The Lucky Guy who will come to you as an emoji is... Boruble! Thank you for your many supports! Have fun with ToS today.
Item Processing May Cause Momentary Disconnection
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform players that we are in the process of seizing the items affected by the DPK errors from the remaining accounts involved, and that this process may cause certain players to lose access to the servers for a few moments. This means that, if your account is being processed while you are logged in, you may be logged out from the server and see a “protection mode” message upon attempting to log back in. Please be advised that this in order for us to seize any items that may have remained in your account and it will not last for more than 10 minutes. Also, note that this process will not apply to players whose accounts were not affected by the DPK errors. If your account is not under investigation, you will not be logged off. We will keep you updated on this process through future announcements until it is complete. Thank you for your understanding.

Klaipeda and Orsha Servers Connection Issues - May 30th, 2016
Greetings Saviors, We are aware that players may have been experiencing temporary connection issues to the Klaipeda and Orsha servers. This was due to some internal connection issues between the servers. The issue has been resolved at [EDT] 07:30 May 30th and you should now be able to access the game. Please let us know via the ticket system if you are still having trouble accessing the game after this point. GvG Temporarily Discontinued
Greetings Saviors, We are sorry to announce that there will be no Regional Guild Battles this week due to issues in the GvG system on most servers. We apologize for the late announcement and humbly ask for your patience while the issues are resolved. We will update you once the Regional Guild Battles become available again through a future announcement.

Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Several skills not behaving as intended - Several skills are currently not behaving as intended or have reverted back to previous patches. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
Class Balance Patch Preview
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to share some important information about an upcoming balance patch scheduled for the near future. We sincerely appreciate the strong interest shown in the recently introduced class, Blitz Hunter. Since its release, we have carefully reviewed various data and observed that its performance has exceeded our initial expectations. As a result, it has noticeably influenced the balance between in-game classes. In light of ongoing efforts to create a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players, we are planning on making some adjustment to the Blitz Hunter class. We truly understand and appreciate the dedication and passion many players have shown toward Blitz Hunter, and we recognize the concerns that changes may bring. Please rest assured that this balance update is intended to make other classes thrive along with the Blitz Hunter. In addition to Blitz Hunter, several other classes will also receive adjustments as part of this update. We promise that this change will enhance the gameplay and overall experience of Tree of Savior as part of our ongoing efforts to improve game balance. We sincerely appreciate your continued strong interest in ToS. Please understand that this balance patch has been implemented with the goal of fostering a more refined and sustainable gameplay environment over the long term.
