Q. It seems as if the level difference when entering the Siaulai Mission has greatly increased. Are there any plans to increase the penalty ratio according to the now widened level difference? A. We widened the level difference in order to allow for more convenient and faster match-making. This will of course mean that the penalties will have to be adjusted accordingly. We are currently testing different ratios and will apply them as soon as we figure out something that works well. They will be mentioned in the patch notes when they are applied, so please pay close attention to future patch notes. Q. A lot of time on the EXP Tomes seem to be wasted while we travel back and forth between maps or wait in queue for the instanced dungeons. Are there any plans to make them more user friendly? A. We have received a lot of feedback regarding the EXP Tomes and are currently considering many options. We wish to improve them as to allow players to be able to use them to their full potential. We are looking forward to announcing improved versions in the near future. Q. Protecting the "Torch" for 3 minutes during the Siaulai Mission seems to be a bit too long and tiresome. Will there be any chance of re-balancing that particular part of the mission? A. Thanks to player feedback, we have decided to take a close look into improving the game play experience of the Siaulai Mission. While unable to tell you the specifics, we are testing various variations in order to find a good balance. We will make an announcement with more details after the finishing touches are made. Please be on the lookout for any related announcements. Q. When will we able to enter Cut-scenes in Party Quests and not get stuck? A. The particular bug has been fixed in the August 16th Scheduled Maintenance. We offer our most sincere apologies in the inconvenience it had caused before getting fixed, and wish to thank all of you that have endured before it got fixed.
[Fan Art Festival] Happy 2 Year Anniversary
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Happy 2 Year Anniversary Edition! Tree of Savior is almost two years old! To celebrate this day we choose to 2 Year Anniversary theme for fun! We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating our two-year anniversary. What will you do for our TOS 2 year anniversary? Playing TOS? Show us how will you spend TOS Happy 2 Year Anniversary! We will be accepting submissions from now until Mar 6th 00:00 EST. From Mar 6th 02:00 EST until Mar 8th 00:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“Happy 2 Year Anniversary”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Mar 13th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 28, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon carry out a short maintenance in [SA] Silute in order to address the current lag, disconnection & map movement issues in the server. In this maintenance, we will be rearranging the server machines in a way to ensure that map movements and other issues return to normal. And we expect the overall game environment in [SA] Silute to improve after the maintenance. The temporary maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 06:50 / [BRT] 07:50 SERVER WILL OPEN: [EDT] 08:30 / [BRT] 9:30 Note that this maintenance will only affect the [SA] Silute server. Regarding the recent suspension of players
Greetings, Saviors. The event exploit we posted an announcement about previously is still under investigation and the final decision regarding to the matter have not yet been made. We wanted to let you know that the players who have been banned have only been banned temporarily while our team confirms and fixes the issue. A miscommunication within imcGAMES caused the misleading answers to tickets, which informed players that the bans given out were permanent. We have a strict set of regulations that we follow prior to issuing a permanent ban, which requires our staff to identify the issue with close scrutiny. We sincerely apologize to the players who have been affected by the confusion caused by the miscommunication between our staff members. We are working hard to resolve and correct the issue at hand and to provide a satisfactory solution to all players affected by this issue. Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies to all Saviors who we have confused over the issue.
