Greetings, Saviors.
The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated.
1) TP Purchase Error [RESOLVED]
- Players have reported encountering an error message ("An unexpected error occurred while authorizing your transaction. Please try again.") when attempting to purchase TP bundles at the TOS Steam shop.
We are currently in contact with Valve to discover the source of the issue and address it as soon as possible.
We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
