Greetings, Saviors! This time around, Bonus Season is bringing 4 whole weeks of perks to all your Unique raids! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on February 19, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on March 19, 2019 Bonus Season Perks 1) Base Raid Portal Stone Requirements - Base number of Raid Portal Stones required to enter reduced by -1. 2) No Raid Portal Stone Increase - Re-enter every raid without using more Raid Portal Stones. - The base number of Raid Portal Stones required will apply to every entry. Level Required Raid Portal Stones Required Lv 300 Former Fantasy Library: Sausis Room 9 x4 > x3 The First Refuge x4 > x3 Lv 380 Asiomage Testing Grounds x6 > x5 Magic Research Facility x6 > x5 Astral Tower Closed Quarters x6 > x5 Important - These perks apply only during the event period.
Rank 10 Unique Raid Preview
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to introduce the two new Rank 10 unique raids that will be implemented soon. Magic Research Facility - This unique raid will take place in Nicopolis. - Magic Research Facility is an area in Nicopolis where magicians used to experiment with the arcane arts during the city's heyday. - All mana had been eradicated from the area because of a failed experiment and no one has since set foot in the facility for years. - The Magic Research Facility will challenge the player with one gimmick after another that must be overcome with wits and reflexes. - The final boss of the Magic Research Facility raid is the Wastrel. - The Wastrel is a creature born out of the condensed mana that was leaked during the failed experiment at Nicopolis. Novaha Unique Raid - This unique raid will take place in Novaha. - The area used to be the Quipmage's secret magic testing grounds, but it is now currently occupied by the Asiomage. - Since the Quipmage has no memory of the testing grounds, the Asiomage is now using the area to prepare for his confrontation with the Quipmage. - The player will have to fight off hordes of attacking monsters in the Novaha Unique Raid. - The final boss of the Novaha Unique Raid is the Asiomage. - The Asiomage and the Quipmage were two beings that had been merged and separated in the Other Dimension during the Quipmage's experiment. - While the Quipmage has no memory of this ever happening, the Asiomage remembers and has vowed to have his revenge on the Quipmage and all of mankind. Compensation for Instability Issues
Greetings, Saviors. As announced earlier, we will soon be sending out compensation for recent instability issues to players in all servers. Common Compensation The following items will be delivered today to your team’s Message Box: - EXP Tome (14 Days) x3 - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (14 Days) x2 - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) x2 These items will be sent to all teams in all servers. Please retrieve these items from your lodge within one month (check the expiry date of the message), and remember that timed items are untradeable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. Feedback Rewards We will also be rewarding players who contribute with detailed, valuable feedback on instability issues via our Support ticket system with the following: - [Event] Token (30 Days) x1 This reward will be sent one time per team and only during scheduled maintenances. This reward applies only to players with tickets submitted from the date of this announcement. To be eligible for a feedback reward, your ticket must include all of the following information (players who submitted tickets before this announcement will also be eligible, even if one or two pieces of information are missing from the ticket): - Basic account info (server, team name) - Region (country/state/city where you access the game from) - Full PC specifications - Network status (ping test results*) - Addon use (do you use any, and if so which) - Antivirus use (do you use any, and if so which) - Precise dates and times of lag occurrence (server time) - Time when you first noticed an increase in general lag symptoms - Map(s) where you experienced severe lag - Sample video showing at least more than a few seconds of instability symptoms (YouTube link) * How to Run Your Ping Test 1) If you play in [SA] Silute, follow the instructions in [this post] (the first command test, not the online CloudPing test). 2) If you play in other servers, use the same test but replace “s3.sa-east-1.amazonaws.com” in the command with information from your own server: For [NA] Klaipeda, type “s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com”. For [EU] Fedimian, type “s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com”. For [SEA] Telsiai, type “s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com”. 3) In your ticket (not on the forums), attach a screenshot of the results, as exemplified in the post linked above.
