Known Issues: December 14th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards. - The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem. - We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable. 2) The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed. We apologize for any and all inconveniences, these issues might have caused. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
[SA] Stuck Character Problem Fixed
Greetings, Saviors! Recently, a large number of players in [SA] Silute were affected by a problem where their characters were stuck in certain maps, unable to login to the world. We would like to announce that this issue was fixed by redistributing the server's channels, and stuck characters should now be able to login to all areas as normal. If you find that you are still unable to login with any of your characters in [SA] Silute, however, kindly send us a ticket on our Support page. On your ticket, make sure to mention the affected map and channel so we can work on further improving the server's condition. Other connection issues in the server are also being addressed and we will continue updating you as soon as we have new details. Thank you. Sincerely, IMC Staff
