[Fan Art Festival] Re:Build Edition
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Re:Build New Classes & New Content Edition! The content and systems in TOS will be undergoing some major changes with our [Re:Build] update: new classes, new features... Show us your interpretation of your favorite new class, whether it be Assassin, Outlaw, or the new Scout tree. It’s up to you! All we want to see is how you envision our new classes & new content! We will be accepting submissions from now until Jan 10th 00:00 EST. From Jan 10th 02:00 EST until Jan 11th 00:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“New Year Artist”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Jan 15th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 11 pieces will be chosen. - 6 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 5 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Art Requirements: Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art must be related to the theme Acceptable mediums: - Illustration - Comic panels - An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. Policies and Disclaimers imcGAMES will not be held responsible for (a) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages, caused by events beyond the control of imcGAMES; (b) damages caused by plagiarized work submitted by the artist; or (c) inconvenience caused by human error or typographical errors in the rules or promotional material. Known Issues: August 3, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issue and it is being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once it is resolved. 1) Reset Pack DLC items occasionally not transferable via Team Storage - Players have reported being unable to place items from the Reset Pack DLC in their respective Team Storage. This issue is expected to be fixed during the next scheduled maintenance (August 8, 2017). If you must transfer one of the items mentioned above through your Team Storage and are unable to do so, kindly send us a Support ticket and we will process your request. 2) Instanced Dungeons and Missions not resetting on time for certain characters - The daily count for instanced dungeons and missions can fail to reset at the correct time for certain characters in the [EU] Fedimian, [SEA] Telsiai and [SEA] Varena servers after the last scheduled maintenance. Please send us a Support ticket if one or more of your characters is affected by this issue so we may investigate it. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
'Fan Art Fest: Merry Me' Results!
Greetings Saviors. We have had so many great submissions for the Fan Art Fest: Merry Me. We'd like to thank every one of participants and those who have supported this event through comments and likes as well. Now, after several rigorous internal voting sessions, we have selected quite appropriately 10 artworks that will be on the ingame loading screens. We would like to remind you that is was no easy task picking just a few from all the great and spooky artworks. So, if your submission was not selected please, don't be discouraged. The following is the list of artworks that are scheduled to be included in the loading screens after the Scheduled Maintenance of December 20th. Winners will also be awarded the in-game title of 'Gifted Artist', and 300 TP during the maintenance period. Click on the forum name to visit the submission post. Rank 10 Unique Raid Preview
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to introduce the two new Rank 10 unique raids that will be implemented soon. Magic Research Facility - This unique raid will take place in Nicopolis. - Magic Research Facility is an area in Nicopolis where magicians used to experiment with the arcane arts during the city's heyday. - All mana had been eradicated from the area because of a failed experiment and no one has since set foot in the facility for years. - The Magic Research Facility will challenge the player with one gimmick after another that must be overcome with wits and reflexes. - The final boss of the Magic Research Facility raid is the Wastrel. - The Wastrel is a creature born out of the condensed mana that was leaked during the failed experiment at Nicopolis. Novaha Unique Raid - This unique raid will take place in Novaha. - The area used to be the Quipmage's secret magic testing grounds, but it is now currently occupied by the Asiomage. - Since the Quipmage has no memory of the testing grounds, the Asiomage is now using the area to prepare for his confrontation with the Quipmage. - The player will have to fight off hordes of attacking monsters in the Novaha Unique Raid. - The final boss of the Novaha Unique Raid is the Asiomage. - The Asiomage and the Quipmage were two beings that had been merged and separated in the Other Dimension during the Quipmage's experiment. - While the Quipmage has no memory of this ever happening, the Asiomage remembers and has vowed to have his revenge on the Quipmage and all of mankind. Greetings Saviors! We would like to make an announcement regarding connection issues that certain players have been having since July 26th, 2016. Please try connecting to the game after making sure that you are not using any addons. If you still have issues connecting to the servers without any addons installed, please let us know via the ticket system.
