This includes items crafted using one or more affected material items and gems enhanced using one or more affected items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that there was no serious offense committed. Compensation has been sent to the accounts released today and special compensation will be provided after the investigation of all accounts is complete. (Please read previous announcements for more information). We will proceed to analyze and release more accounts as the investigation continues. And we apologize for the wait but it takes us some time to properly process all affected accounts. We are working very hard to complete our investigation as quickly and as thoroughly as possible so that our players can return to the game. We thank you in advance for your understanding!
Known Issues: December 3, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) General Server Instability - There have been reports of different instability issues affecting the servers, including disconnections inside instanced dungeons and channels crashing. We are currently looking into this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[SEA] Varena Server Access Issue SOLVED
Greetings, Saviors! Some of you might have experienced some difficulties accessing to [SEA] Varena such as an error message informing users that they cannot access Telsiai server. [Fan Art Festival] Re:Build Edition
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Re:Build New Classes & New Content Edition! The content and systems in TOS will be undergoing some major changes with our [Re:Build] update: new classes, new features... Show us your interpretation of your favorite new class, whether it be Assassin, Outlaw, or the new Scout tree. It’s up to you! All we want to see is how you envision our new classes & new content! We will be accepting submissions from now until Jan 10th 00:00 EST. From Jan 10th 02:00 EST until Jan 11th 00:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“New Year Artist”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Jan 15th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 11 pieces will be chosen. - 6 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 5 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Art Requirements: Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art must be related to the theme Acceptable mediums: - Illustration - Comic panels - An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. Policies and Disclaimers imcGAMES will not be held responsible for (a) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages, caused by events beyond the control of imcGAMES; (b) damages caused by plagiarized work submitted by the artist; or (c) inconvenience caused by human error or typographical errors in the rules or promotional material. Announcement regarding connection issues
Greetings Saviors! We would like to make an announcement regarding connection issues that certain players have been having since July 26th, 2016. Please try connecting to the game after making sure that you are not using any addons. If you still have issues connecting to the servers without any addons installed, please let us know via the ticket system. Certain addons may cause the connection issues as they may not properly work with the many changes that have been made with this patch. Sincerely, IMC Staff
Known Issues: December 14th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards. - The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem. - We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable. 2) The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed. We apologize for any and all inconveniences, these issues might have caused. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.

Greetings, Saviors! Joha is back with her special bait! Ask her for the special baits and reel in a big prize! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on July 23, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on Agust 20, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Visit Fishing Manager Joha in the city of Klaipeda every day to receive your batch of supplies. You can receive [Event] Fishing Bonfire (1 Day) x1, [Event] Paste Bait (1 Day) x1 and Mudfish x50 once per day, per team (resets at 00:00). STEP 2. Go out to the Fishing Spot in either Klaipeda or Cobalt Forest and use the Mudfish bait with your fishing rod for a chance to catch [Event] Hidden Treasure Chests! Each Chest contains one of the following random items. - Attribute Points: 100 (14 Days) x2 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x1 - Enhancement Card: 500 (14 Days) x1 - 5-Star Gem Abrasive (14 Days) x1 - Premium Awakening Stone (14 Days) x1 - Butler & Maid Costume Box (Black) x1 STEP 3. If you run out of Mudfish for the day, you can purchase more from the Fishing Manager – just use the bucket located next to Joha. Each Mudfish will cost you 5,200 Silver. Important - Treasure Chests can be fished only when using the Mudfish bait. - [Event] items can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - The Butler & Maid Box is character-bound, but the costumes themselves are tradable. - [Event] Bonfires and Paste Bait will disappear automatically if left unused for 24 hours. - Unused [Event] Hidden Treasure Chests and Mudfish will be automatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance of August 20, 2019.
