Announcement regarding connection issues

Greetings Saviors!
We would like to make an announcement regarding connection issues that certain players have been having since July 26th, 2016.
Please try connecting to the game after making sure that you are not using any addons.
If you still have issues connecting to the servers without any addons installed, please let us know via the ticket system.
Certain addons may cause the connection issues as they may not properly work with the many changes that have been made with this patch.
