Greetings, Saviors! Get in the mood for celebration with Dainu Svente, a festival of song and dance! Connect to the game to receive your daily toys and a costume too. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on October 8, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on October 29, 2019 Who Can Participate - Players of level 50 and above How to Participate STEP 1. Connect to the game during the event period and talk to the Festival Helper NPC in Klaipeda to receive your daily festival prize! STEP 2. All players, regardless of their Team levels, will receive a Paper Box item in their Lodge Message Box that can be retrieved durign the event period. STEP 3. You will receive a TOS Celebration Costume Selection Box x1 when talking to the event NPC for the first time. The costume box is available only once per Team. STEP 4. You can also receive a TOS Celebration Toy Selection Box by talking to the NPC again, which is available once per Team per day everyday for the duration of the event! This includes items crafted using one or more affected material items and gems enhanced using one or more affected items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that there was no serious offense committed. We will proceed to analyze and release more accounts as the investigations continue, after which we will be processing related tickets. Details about this step will be announced separately. Compensation has been sent to the accounts released today, according to the total duration of their suspension. Special compensation will be provided after the investigation of all accounts is complete. Currently, our investigation is focused on analyzing cases in which the items in question have been circulated, i.e. transferred from the character that first obtained them to another character or companion within the team. Cases in which the items are no longer contained within the team of the character that first obtained them (if they were moved via the Market or personal trade to another account), will take longer to process, particularly in accounts with a large number of items circulated. We'll continue to work towards releasing the remaining accounts and allowing players to return to the game as soon as we can. Thank you.
Regarding Missing Event TP/Titles and Other Issues after Oct 11 Maintenance
Greetings, Saviors. Missing Event TP and Titles Some users have reported their Event TP items and ‘Happy-go-Lucky’ titles obtained from the previous ‘Crystal Root Lottree’ event going missing after the latest scheduled maintenance. We would like to let you know that we are working on fixing this issue and will restore the missing TP and titles as soon as possible. Other Issues We would also like to announce that we are looking into other issues reported after today’s maintenance and will update you after they are solved. Please note that, depending on your region, even after the patch your client could take some time to sync with the server. We suggest you try checking the integrity of your game files on Steam if you are experiencing problems after this maintenance. We ask for your patience and understanding while we fix the remaining issues. Remember you can report any problems you may be experiencing via ticket through the Support page. Thank you.
