[UPDATE] Popo Point Shop (Apr '19)
Greetings, Saviors! The Popo Shop is back! Collect PP as you play and exchange it for useful items at the Popo Point Shop! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on April 2, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on May 7, 2019 - Points reset at the end of the event period on April 2, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Login to Tree of Savior and start raking in the Popo Points! You get 10 Points for every 30 minutes, no matter what character you’re playing with. STEP 2. Purchasing items using Premium TP earns you additional points! You get 2 Points for every 1 TP you spend in-game. STEP 3. If you’re missing only a few points to get the item you want, you can also purchase PP Vouchers at any TP Shop to top up your points. You can purchase vouchers of 100, 500 and 1,000 Points. - 100 PP: 7 TP - 500 PP: 33 TP - 1,000 PP: 59 TP STEP 4. Use your well-earned PP to purchase items from the Popo Point Shop! Just look for the gift box icon in your bottom-right menu. Click it to access the PP Shop and exchange your Points for potions and other useful items. Changes - Martian Ambition Package x1 added to the shop (15,000 PP). - The package contains one costume selection box (M/F) and one helmet. Important - Each item in the PP Shop comes with a per-team purchase limit. - Most PP Shop items will be untradeable. Timed items are also character-bound and not transferable via Team Storage. - PP Vouchers can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - Popo Points and purchase limits will be automatically reset on May 7, 2019. Make sure to use your points before then.

[Guild Delete Exploit] Now Accepting Guild Restore Requests
Greetings, Saviors. We recently fixed an exploit in the game that allowed players to disband their guilds without becoming the guild master (more details here). As a result, several guilds have reportedly been deleted unintentionally. We are planning to restore all guilds disbanded through this exploit during our next scheduled maintenance on May 24, 2016, and will now start accepting requests via Support ticket. Guild masters of guilds affected by the exploit may send in their requests via Support ticket (Type: Etc) until [EDT] Sunday, May 22, 2016, at 11:59 PM. Before you send in your request, make sure you read and understand the conditions below: - Only guild masters may submit a restore request for their guild - Requests must be submitted via Support ticket (Type: Etc) - We will accept requests submitted until [EDT] Sunday, May 22, 2016, at 11:59 PM How to submit your request via Support ticket (only submit if you are the guild master): 1) Go to the Support Page on our official website 2) If you haven't, verify your Steam account 3) Click on Submit Ticket 4) Select Type: Etc, then enter your information on the fields shown 5) Enter the following in Title: -GUILD RESTORE- YOUR GUILD NAME 6) In Description, enter the following information - Server: - Guild name: - Guild master character's name: - Approx. date and time guild was deleted (EDT): Let us know if you run into trouble when submitting your request. Connect to the game during the event period and talk to the Festival Helper NPC in Klaipeda to receive your daily festival prize! STEP 2. All players, regardless of their Team levels, will receive a Paper Box item in their Lodge Message Box that can be retrieved durign the event period. STEP 3. You will receive a TOS Celebration Costume Selection Box x1 when talking to the event NPC for the first time. The costume box is available only once per Team. STEP 4. You can also receive a TOS Celebration Toy Selection Box by talking to the NPC again, which is available once per Team per day everyday for the duration of the event!
