UPDATE - The servers are back up and you can login to all servers again. The following compensation items have been sent to all teams : Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x2, EXP Tome x2, Token duration + 3 hours.  Please note that the compensation will be retreivable during the following period : October 21st ~ 23rd, 2016. Greetings, Saviors. We will be performing temporary maintenance on our servers today to address a few recent issues, namely client-crashing skills and missing reward drops from mission bosses, by adjusting what we suspect to be the cause of these problems. Maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 22:30 to 24:30 October 20th, 2016 (approximately 2 hours) Thank you for understanding.

Klaipeda’s Tulip Lovers

  Greetings, Saviors! Spring has arrived in Klaipeda, and the city’s tulips are finally blooming. What a great occasion to gift some of your favorite locals a little seasonal joy!   Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on April 30, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on May 14, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Head out to the Event Notice Board and receive the Tulip Lovers List, a note containing the name of every Klaipeda resident you can surprise with a tulip. You can receive the List one time per character during the event. STEP 2. Stop and smell the tulips! You will automatically collect Tulip x1 after 10 minutes of being in-game. Note that your team can only carry one Tulip at a time, meaning you have to first give it away in order to collect another one. STEP 3. Use the Tulip Lovers List item in your inventory to check which Klaipeda resident will be the lucky recipient of your gift. STEP 4. Pay a visit to your target NPC mentioned in the Tulip Lovers List and exchange Tulip x1 for a prize of your choice! Here’s what you can get. - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x1 - EXP Tome (14 Days) x1 - Premium Awakening Stone (14 Days) x1 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x1 - Silver Anvil (14 Days) x1 Important - Tulips are automatically delivered to the inventory of your current character in-game. They can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - Tulips will not collect in the server selection screen, Lodge, or Team Battle League. - Different NPCs will be available at different times of the day, but only one NPC will be available at any given time. After you gift a Tulip to the currently-available NPC, you will not be able to gift them another Tulip right away, even if 10 minutes have passed. You will have to wait until another NPC becomes available to give away your current Tulip (they should switch every 4 hours or so). Check your Tulip Lovers List to see which NPC is currently available. - All event rewards can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - Tulips and Tulip Lovers Lists will be automatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance of May 14, 2019, at the end of the event.

Introducing Tree of Savior Steam Trading Cards!

Greetings Saviors!   We are pleased to announce that Tree of Savior Steam Trading Cards will soon be implemented! They will become available as soon as they are approved by Valve.   You will be able to gather Trading Cards, Craft Badges and display Profile Backgrounds/Emoticons from Tree of Savior on Steam. Weekly Question and Answer – September 30th, 2016

  Q1. Limiting guilds to 35 members feels a little restrictive. Would you consider raising the maximum number of members allowed in a guild? We are in the process of preparing an update patch that will increase the current maximum guild level of 15. We believe you’ll be glad to hear that our plans for this patch also include raising the current maximum number of members allowed in a guild. You can keep an eye on our patch notes for any future updates.   Q2. Do you have plans to develop any features to change the appearance of weapons or attack effects? We’re currently working on the development of a unique design item intended to be used with the Alchemist’s Briquetting skill. We have yet to decide how this item would be obtained in-game, but we expect it to be used to change the appearance of other items, including weapons.   Q3. The first fan art event was a great idea to get the community involved and participating. Any chances of a part two?  We were honestly touched by the positive reception our first Fan Art Fest event had in the community and would like to sincerely thank all the participants and winners once again for their wonderful contributions. You may have seen in our News page already that we have a new fan art event happening until October 18, this time with a Halloween theme. Those interested should make sure to click the link to the announcement here and read the submission details for more information.   Q4. When are you fixing the ranking bug in Regional Guild Battles and Team Battle League? We are aware that the rankings in Regional Guild Battles and Team Battle League aren’t always displaying correctly and we apologize for the misunderstandings this bug may be causing. We want you to know that we are working on tests to fix this issue and hope to update you with a more stabilized version of the rankings as soon as possible.   Q5. Some skills seem to have an effect on things other than enemies or monsters. Is this intended? Certain skills, like the Peltasta’s Swash Buckling, the Chronomancer’s Haste, etc. do interact with and apply to other objects in the game besides enemies and monsters. This feature is in fact intentional; we mostly designed the skills this way so that they could be used to interfere with other players’ AoE debuffs in PvP and GvG play, for example.

Greetings, Saviors! The Popo Shop is back! Collect PP as you play and exchange it for useful items at the Popo Point Shop!   Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on April 2, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on May 7, 2019 - Points reset at the end of the event period on April 2, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Login to Tree of Savior and start raking in the Popo Points! You get 10 Points for every 30 minutes, no matter what character you’re playing with. STEP 2. Purchasing items using Premium TP earns you additional points! You get 2 Points for every 1 TP you spend in-game. STEP 3. If you’re missing only a few points to get the item you want, you can also purchase PP Vouchers at any TP Shop to top up your points. You can purchase vouchers of 100, 500 and 1,000 Points. - 100 PP: 7 TP - 500 PP: 33 TP - 1,000 PP: 59 TP STEP 4. Use your well-earned PP to purchase items from the Popo Point Shop! Just look for the gift box icon in your bottom-right menu. Click it to access the PP Shop and exchange your Points for potions and other useful items. Changes - Martian Ambition Package x1 added to the shop (15,000 PP). - The package contains one costume selection box (M/F) and one helmet. Important - Each item in the PP Shop comes with a per-team purchase limit. - Most PP Shop items will be untradeable. Timed items are also character-bound and not transferable via Team Storage. - PP Vouchers can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - Popo Points and purchase limits will be automatically reset on May 7, 2019. Make sure to use your points before then.
