Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Engineer Complete Package contains Vaivora Vision - MAX Power Voucher instead of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Register Voucher This issue has been fixed Vaivora Vision - MAX Power Voucher item is included in Engineer Complete Package incorrectly, so we will send correct item again as soon as we confirm it. To solve this problem quickly, please do not open the package after purchasing it. Please note that the tooltip of the Engineer Complete Package will be fixed during our scheduled maintenance on July 11 If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Regarding the issues relating to the Goddess Raid rewards
Greetings Saviors, The compensation for the following issues has been sent to your mailbox. Please receive them before March 13, 23:59 KST (automatically deleted after). - The issue that the Goddess Raid: Thurible of Salvation (Party) reward is given less than intended. → Saviors who earned less rewards have been rewarded for the shortfall. - The issue that the Isle of Despair: Goddess Raid (Auto Match) MVP reward is not given. → Isle of Despair(Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (Untradable) x3 has been given to all Saviors - The issue that when selecting Isle of Despair(Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher from the 2024 Leticia's Treasure Selection Box (February), only 1 is given. → Saviors who earned less rewards have been rewarded for the shortfall. [UPDATE] Known Issue: June 04, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The tooltip for the Wizard - Bonemancer [W] Special Class Unlock Voucher incorrectly displays it as the Cleric - Bonemancer class. However, the voucher correctly unlocks the Wizard - Bonemancer class. - The issue where Cubic Ice Duration is 1 hour. We will make sure to send 24 Cubic Ices until the issue is fixed. - The issue where Bonemancer[W]'s growth stat is set to STR instead of INT. The following issue will be fixed during next week maintenance. We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it.
