Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Kupole Recruit Voucher x20 is missing from the Weekly Boss Raid Damage Reward - Please refrain from claiming the Damage Reward until the issue is resolved. - Unable to proceed EP17-1 Quest Scenarios. - Please teleport to other location or log back in to progress the quest. - Unable to enter WBR - Please note that WBR will open after 12h - Recipe - Isle of Depair One Entry Voucher appears instead of Recipe - Brutal Ledania One Entry Voucher in Goddess' Grace. Patch Without Maintenance: April 15, 2025
Greetings Savior, On April 15, 2025, a patch went live on KST 19:40 due to the following changes: - [W 2nd Anniv.] Companion EXP buff not applying correctly has been resolved. - The issue where the Popo Boost Event Enhancement discount and enhancement rate increase buff were not being applied to accessories has been fixed. - The issue where applying Vaivora Vision to the shield does not count towards the Popo Boost Growth Achievements has been fixed. - The issue where saviors without Level 530 characters could still view the invitation code for the "Invite Your Friends" event has been fixed. Access to the Weekly Boss Raid will remain unavailable until the scheduled maintenance tomorrow/January 14, 2025. W Server - The Weekly Boss Raid (261) pattern is currently not functioning as intended. W Server WBR (261) Ranking will be reset after tomorrow's maintenance/January 14, 2025. Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Reward Compensation
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to address an issue regarding the Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Rewards. The item [Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A] was intended to be distributed as part of next week's Ranking Reward. However, Saviors who received their ranking rewards after the February 18 Maintenance have already received this item for the previous week’s ranking rewards. To clarify: - If you received the reward after the maintenance, it will not be retrieved. - If you received the ranking reward before the maintenance, we will send out the rewards during next week's maintenance. - Missing Kupole Vouchers from the Weekly Boss Raid Damage Reward will also be compensated on next week's maintenance.

Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The required materials for crafting Upinis/Nebiltis Equipment are displayed incorrectly. - Please note that already crafted Upinis/Nebiltis equipments will not be retrieved. - The healing factor of Boruta Seal is displayed higher than Jurate Seal in character information. - The healing factor of Jurate Seal functions correctly; however, it is displayed incorrectly in the status information. The following item will be deleted on July 8, 2025. - The enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it.
