Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to select Arts Reset Potion - Vulture [T] when using Arts Reset Potion Selection Box - When using [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Selection Box, cannot distinguish between [A], [W], [T]. Please note that the order of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision - Quantum Impulse is Archer, Wizard, Scout, listed in order from above - Scout Vulture Costume cannot be equipped - Input:Decompose (Vulture [T]) hit count is not applied correctly We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Regarding the issues relating to the Goddess Raid rewards
Greetings Saviors, The compensation for the following issues has been sent to your mailbox. Please receive them before March 13, 23:59 KST (automatically deleted after). - The issue that the Goddess Raid: Thurible of Salvation (Party) reward is given less than intended. → Saviors who earned less rewards have been rewarded for the shortfall. - The issue that the Isle of Despair: Goddess Raid (Auto Match) MVP reward is not given. → Isle of Despair(Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (Untradable) x3 has been given to all Saviors - The issue that when selecting Isle of Despair(Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher from the 2024 Leticia's Treasure Selection Box (February), only 1 is given. → Saviors who earned less rewards have been rewarded for the shortfall. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 30, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Saviors running non-Korean versions of Windows are unable to launch the client. - Some of the items are not being translated. (Archer - Hermit Special Class Unlock Voucher) We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. We would like to inform you regarding the game launcher autorun updated today (Sep 30). After the autorun update, we have identified an issue where the game could not be launched from the Japan/Global clients. As a temporary measure, we have removed this feature again, and we kindly ask for your understanding. The autorun function will be implemented in the future update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in your gameplay. We have sent Goddess Token (Austeja): 300,000 to the Lodge Message Box for the compensation.
