Patch without Maintenance : September 25, 2024
Greetings Savior, On September 25, 2024, a patch went live on KST 15:40 due to the following changes: - Unable to acquire [Event] 2024 coins when completing Thurible of Salvation Raid. We will provide 300 [Event] 2024 coins as compensation. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.
[UPDATE] Known Issue: January 02, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - December Attendance reward is being displayed for some of the Saviors. Please rest assured that there will be no penalties for receiving the following reward. - Special Attendance Reward is not being displayed. - Clear time is recorded abnormally when clearing the Wailing Graveyard. - The current clear record for the W server is being displayed incorrectly. This record will be deleted during the next scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This issue will be resolved during the next scheduled maintenance. We will be adjusting the attendance rewards so that all Saviors can receive the full rewards by the end of January. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to select Arts Reset Potion - Vulture [T] when using Arts Reset Potion Selection Box - When using [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Selection Box, cannot distinguish between [A], [W], [T]. Please note that the order of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision - Quantum Impulse is Archer, Wizard, Scout, listed in order from above - Scout Vulture Costume cannot be equipped - Input:Decompose (Vulture [T]) hit count is not applied correctly We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Temporary Maintenance: July 26, 2022
Greetings, Saviors! We will conduct temporary maintenance on Telsiai (SEA) and Silute (SA) servers to fix the following issues: 1. Effect that decreases the Cooldown of [Cyan Gem - Demonic Sword of the Giant] is not fixed. 2. Graphic of the item dropped in the field and the actual item does not match for some users. 3. Ocean Depths Packages can not be purchased on SEA server. [Maintenance Period] [EST] 21:00 ~ 21:30 (July 26, 2022) [SGT] 10:00 ~ 10:30 (July 27, 2022) [BRT] 23:00 ~ 23:30 (July 26, 2022) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within 2 weeks.
