Temporary Maintenance: November 6, 2024
Greetings, Saviors! We will conduct temporary maintenance on Silute(SA) Server ONLY due to server stabilization: [Maintenance Period] [BRT] 04:30 to 05:30 (November 6, 2024) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Known Issue: October 8, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to select Arts Reset Potion - Vulture [T] when using Arts Reset Potion Selection Box - When using [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Selection Box, cannot distinguish between [A], [W], [T]. Please note that the order of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision - Quantum Impulse is Archer, Wizard, Scout, listed in order from above - Scout Vulture Costume cannot be equipped - Input:Decompose (Vulture [T]) hit count is not applied correctly We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. [UPDATE] Known Issue: December 10, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Advanced Goddess Ichor Fragment II does not apply breakthrough Stats when used. We are currently working on to fix this issue. Until the issue is resolved, we kindly ask that you refrain from using this item. - We will provide compensation to all Saviors who obtained Advanced Goddess Ichor Fragment II prior to the issue being resolved. - Global Client W Server Only: The 'Popo Boost Icon' becoming invisible after applying for the event. - The Popo Boost Icon will automatically appear after 7 hours on December 10, 10:00 (EST). If you experience any issues after the icon appears, please submit a ticket so we can address the problem promptly. - Popo Boost Premium Ticket is not shown in TP Shop - Global Only: The 'Popo Boost Icon' becoming invisible after the patch without maintenance We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. [UPDATE] Patch Without Maintenance: February 18, 2025
Greetings Savior, On February 18, 2025, a patch went live on KST 17:47 due to the following changes: - [Event] Exchange Voucher is being dropped from the field monsters - You may discard the following item, or it will be deleted during the next maintenance. - [Lv.530] Enhance Aid is not being dropped in Unknown Sanctuary 3F - [Lv.530] Enhance Aid is being dropped in Cranto Coast, Galeed Plateau, and Fasika Plateau - Please note that already obtained [Lv.530] Enhance Aid will not be retrieved. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.

[UPDATE] Known Issue: January 02, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - December Attendance reward is being displayed for some of the Saviors. Please rest assured that there will be no penalties for receiving the following reward. - Special Attendance Reward is not being displayed. - Clear time is recorded abnormally when clearing the Wailing Graveyard. - The current clear record for the W server is being displayed incorrectly. This record will be deleted during the next scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This issue will be resolved during the next scheduled maintenance. We will be adjusting the attendance rewards so that all Saviors can receive the full rewards by the end of January. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice.
