Greetings Savior, On December 11, 2024, a patch went live on KST 19:03 due to the following changes: - Normalized Santa's appearance rate in Challenge Mode/Goddess Raids - When upgrading [Jurate] advanced belt and spaulder from the 9th Anniv. Roulette, the upgrade stats are not being applied - When Santa appears in Goddess Raids, Add. Greetings Savior, On May 08, 2025, a patch went live on KST 13:31 due to the following changes: - Boruta Seal Enhancement Event: 30% silver discount was not being applied. This issue has now been fixed, and compensation will be distributed sequentially to the saviors who enhanced their seals after May 06, 2025 Maintenance. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to select Arts Reset Potion - Vulture [T] when using Arts Reset Potion Selection Box - When using [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Selection Box, cannot distinguish between [A], [W], [T]. Please note that the order of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision - Quantum Impulse is Archer, Wizard, Scout, listed in order from above - Scout Vulture Costume cannot be equipped - Input:Decompose (Vulture [T]) hit count is not applied correctly We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Compensations for Popo Boost Related Issues
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the compensation process for the Popo Boost Event buffs that were not applied to accessories (W only). Details of Compensation: The [Enhancement Material Discount] buff was not applied before maintenance. → Players who enhanced accessories before the maintenance have been compensated with [Advanced Blessed Shard] and [Litis Powder]. The [Enhancement Rate Increase] buff was also not applied before the maintenance. → For enhancements attempted before maintenance, 50% of the used [Refined Black Pearl of Merregina] and [Goddess Token (Lada)] have been returned. Compensation has been provided regardless of whether the enhancement succeeded or failed. All the compensation items have been sent to the Market Retrieve Tab of the character that performed the enhancement. We will ensure that Global Servers are compensated as soon as possible. Additionally, we have provided the following items to all players as part of the compensation: - Refined Black Pearl of Merregina x150 - [Lv.510] Enhance Aid (Untradable) x60 - Goddess Token (Jurate): 50,000 x2 - The rewards has been sent to the Lodge Message Box, please receive it before April 20, 2025. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The Pink Cherry Blossom is mistakenly priced at 40 Platinum Coins instead of 1. Please refrain from purchasing this item. - Pink Cherry Blossom buff icon is displayed as Maple Leaf buff icon The issue will be resolved during next week's maintenance, and we will provide compensation of 1 Pink Cherry Blossom between 3/11 and 3/18.
