Greetings, Saviors! What are some ways to enjoy TOS even more? Our beloved Saviors, share your guides and tips with other players, everyone will be able to enjoy the game more together! All participants who share their guides will receive a participation reward - Token (30 days) Among these, selected best videos will receive additional rewards, and we plan to introduce the chosen content to other Saviors through channels such as the Steam community. Event Period - From April 25, 2025 to May 27, 2025 at 23:59:59 (KST) How to Participate - During the event period, post your Team Name and a YouTube video link to the Tree of Savior Steam Community - Videos. - Please include the [Event] tag at the beginning of your post title. - The video must include the #TOS tag and may include other tags such as #TreeOfSavior, #TOS_ShareYourTOSStory, and #TOS_Guide. - The video must be uploaded within the event period, based on YouTube's upload date. - Saviors may re-upload their published videos to qualify and fulfill the participation requirements. - Videos that do not meet the above conditions will not be considered for the event. Event Rewards & Criteria - Among the posts that meet all requirements, three best videos per category will be selected based on views, likes, and content quality. - You may include additional commentary or explanations about your channel or video. - If there are multiple excellent guides, we may exceed the initial number of selections, and all selected entries will receive rewards. - If there are not enough entries or the quality does not meet expectations, some slots may remain unfilled. - You may submit multiple videos, but only one best video per category per team may be selected. - Even if your video is not selected as a best video, all participants will receive a Token (30 days). We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server to fix the following issues: - Arts Reset Potion - Illusionist can not be obtained from the Wizard Tree Arts Reset Potion Selection Box : During today's (1.12) maintenance, all Saviors will receive 2 Arts Reset Potion Profession Selection Boxes (1 Day). : This reward will be delivered to your mailbox and will be automatically deleted if not claimed by Friday, January 19 at 11:59 PM server time. - 'Clear Episode 14-1' mission in the Popo Boost event can not be completed - When using the Deluge (Illusionist) skill with the Deluge: Chase attribute close to a target, the number of hits increases - The tooltip of Deluge is edited - The edges of the Illusionist class emblem are not shown as the special class edge - The 'Enhanced Upgrade' arts of Illusionist is shown as 'Enhanced' - When advancing to the Illusionist class, Illusionist text is displayed in Korean. Patch without Maintenance on May 23, 2023
Greetings Savior, On May 23, 2023 a patch went live on KST 17:45 to fix the following issue. - The issue that Reset Points Helper NPC can not be seen. Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. Please restart the client and play the game for the normal application of the patch contents below. Thank you.
Compensations for Popo Boost Related Issues
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the compensation process for the Popo Boost Event buffs that were not applied to accessories (W only). Details of Compensation: The [Enhancement Material Discount] buff was not applied before maintenance. → Players who enhanced accessories before the maintenance have been compensated with [Advanced Blessed Shard] and [Litis Powder]. The [Enhancement Rate Increase] buff was also not applied before the maintenance. → For enhancements attempted before maintenance, 50% of the used [Refined Black Pearl of Merregina] and [Goddess Token (Lada)] have been returned. Compensation has been provided regardless of whether the enhancement succeeded or failed. All the compensation items have been sent to the Market Retrieve Tab of the character that performed the enhancement. We will ensure that Global Servers are compensated as soon as possible. Additionally, we have provided the following items to all players as part of the compensation: - Refined Black Pearl of Merregina x150 - [Lv.510] Enhance Aid (Untradable) x60 - Goddess Token (Jurate): 50,000 x2 - The rewards has been sent to the Lodge Message Box, please receive it before April 20, 2025. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 22, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) [Harmony][Lv.480] Enhance Aid in the event shop is shown as [Harmony][Lv.470] Enhance Aid - This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. 2) Last week's weekly reward of Remnants of Bernice Dungeon can not be received - Reward will be given to the saviors who didn't receive last week's Remnants of Bernice Dungeon reward according to the stage they cleared. ※ We have deeply searched for solutions but due to internal issues, Rank 1~3 reward will be excluded from the compensation.
