Compensations for Popo Boost Related Issues
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the compensation process for the Popo Boost Event buffs that were not applied to accessories (W only). Details of Compensation: The [Enhancement Material Discount] buff was not applied before maintenance. → Players who enhanced accessories before the maintenance have been compensated with [Advanced Blessed Shard] and [Litis Powder]. The [Enhancement Rate Increase] buff was also not applied before the maintenance. → For enhancements attempted before maintenance, 50% of the used [Refined Black Pearl of Merregina] and [Goddess Token (Lada)] have been returned. Compensation has been provided regardless of whether the enhancement succeeded or failed. All the compensation items have been sent to the Market Retrieve Tab of the character that performed the enhancement. We will ensure that Global Servers are compensated as soon as possible. (EST). - Vice Guild Master authority will be applied on October 28, 2022. ※ Current Vice Guild Masters' authority will be removed on October 28, 2022. ※ Vice Guild Master who is currently in another guild must leave the current guild. ※ Guild Masters must check the Mailbox frequently for the information for the roles. ※ Newly elected Vice Guild Masters must send us their forum accounts via ticket.
