Patch without Maintenance: October 24, 2024
Greetings Savior, On October 24, 2024, a patch went live on KST 16:04 to fix the following issues: - Can obtain [2024] Event Coin over the weekly acquisition limit - The purchase limit of Large Golden Leaf sold from the Maple Festival Event Shop does not reset : The compensation will be sent to your mailbox. Please check your mailbox within the expire date. (KST October 31, 23:59) - The purchase limit will reset normally starting from tomorrow (server time) Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The item name of Jurate Seal (Superior) - Protection is mistranslated as Jurate Seal (Superior) - Punisher This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on March 21, 2023. - Cannot retrieve purchased TP in NA (Klaipeda) server Currently, this issue has been fixed normally. Please restart the client and try again. However, an error incorrectly marked 'TP for KR' is occurring. There is no problem with using TP, so please don't hesitate to use TP. Known Issue: March 21, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The item icon of Goddess Token (Vakarine) dropped from the field are shown as [Lv. 470] Arcanum of INT, [Lv. 480] Evolution Stone, and Special Creation Voucher Goddess Token (Vakarine) can normally obtained. - Successfully seized the map during Colony War but shown as 'Not Seized' in Colony War The users who didn't receive the rewards can obtain the rewards during the maintenance on March 28th via Guild Storage. We will further notice the details of the issue. We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. [UPDATE] Known Issue: April 16, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - No messages appear when clicking on the Invite Your Friends event requirements (Saviors must have Lv.530 Character on your team to invite friends) - The deletion date for the Popo Boost Special Equipment Box is displayed incorrectly. The following item will be deleted on July 8, 2025. - The enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it.
