[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 2, 2017
We have run into issues on the [SA] Silute server. As such, the [SA] Silute server will undergo additional maintenance. Our most sincere apologies to the [SA] Silute server players. Greetings, Saviors! We will soon carry out maintenance across all servers due to the following reasons. 1. On May 30, 2017, we had announced that 'DPK ratings will no longer be reset when a server is restarted for maintenance purposes or abnormally.' However, we have found that there were issues where the DPK of certain items were found to be abnormal. As such, the lower DPK ratings will be fixed during this maintenance. 2. We have discovered that the Fortune Cookies obtained from the 'Luck of the Anvils' event had been erroneously giving 7-day Tokens. All such Tokens will be removed and Token benefit time deducted from those that have already used the Tokens. Our sincere apologies for the confusion. This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 03:00 to 04:00 [BRT] 04:00 to 05:00 [CEST] 09:00 to 10:00 [SGT] 15:00 to 16:00 Note that this maintenance is affecting all servers. [COMPLETE] [SA] Silute Relocation Maintenance - April 19-20, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We will be performing maintenance on the [SA] Silute server in order to relocate the server to São Paulo, Brazil. Please note that this maintenance is NOT a server transfer, meaning we will not be transferring teams from one server to another. The maintenance will not change any aspects about your team, items, etc. so if you are playing in [SA] Silute, you do not have to take any special measures before the maintenance. This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: BRT April 19th 23:00 ~ April 20th 09:00 (EDT April 19th 22:00 ~ April 20th 08:00) [10 hours] - The server may be opened earlier than the notified timeline depending on the circumstances The following compensation will be provided to all players on the [SA] Silute server due to the long maintenance time. Greetings, Saviors! It’s always the right time to begin your adventure in TOS. If you haven’t yet, make sure to take part in our November edition of the Get Ahead event and gain massive level boosts on up to 4 characters! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on November 14, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on December 12, 2017 Who Can Participate - Players with Team Level 1 How to Participate STEP 1. Create your TOS team (account) in one of the servers and get your first character after the scheduled maintenance of November 14, 2017. STEP 2. Head to your nearest Event Notice Board in town to receive the following reward items (they will be received all at once on the first character you use the Notice Board with). - TOS Celebration Costume (Male) x1 - TOS Celebration Costume (Female) x1 - Boost Pack (14 Days) x1 STEP 3. The Boost Pack will contain a level milestone that your character will need to reach in order to receive the corresponding rewards (see Boost Pack Rewards). - There are a total of 19 milestones you can reach, with the top milestone at level 290. - The Boost Pack will be deleted after the event period ends, so to collect all the rewards your character will need to reach level 290 before then. NOTE: Items tagged as [TIMED - XX Days] have an expiration date and can only be used within the period mentioned in the item’s description in-game, eg. if an item is marked as “30 Days”, it must be used within 30 days after you acquire it.
