Drop by the good old Event Notice Board to get your daily reward. The daily reward will depend on the total number of days you logged in during the event period. - Each reward can only be received once per day, per team. STEP 2. The Log Calendar is 21 days, so after you collect all 21 daily prizes, the calendar will restart, and on the next day you will receive the prize corresponding to Day 1. Weekly Question and Answer – July 22th, 2016
1. When are we getting news about other Rank 8 classes? We expect to update the Dev Blog with a preview of Rank 8 Swordsman classes today. The remaining Rank 8 classes will also be gradually introduced through the Dev Blog, so stay tuned. 2. Do you have an exact date planned for the kTOS patch? We’ve been receiving many questions from players about when the kTOS patch will finally be applied to iTOS. We’re happy to announce that the kTOS patch is coming to Steam on our next scheduled maintenance, which is taking place on July 26th, 2016. 3. I’m wondering if you’re working to fix the weapon swap FPS drop issues. We’re currently working on the problem of FPS decreases with weapon swap; it’s an issue we’re testing internally. We expect our frame improvements to produce positive results concerning this issue, and we will apply them as soon as the testing process is finished. 4. Can you tell us about the reasoning behind allowing non-swordsman classes to wear plate armor? - There has been a lot of feedback from users saying that the swordsman class feels underpowered as tanking type characters. We are planning on bringing armor sets that will be unique to the swordsman class to iTOS as soon as we can. 5. Can we expect to see 1280*720 Screen Mode resolutions? - We have receive quite a bit of user feedback about having difficulty playing on certain devices or 720p resolution recordings as Tree of Savior did not support 1280*720 resolution. You will soon be able to play on that resolution as we will be able to support 1280*720 resolution soon.

[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 2, 2017
We have run into issues on the [SA] Silute server. As such, the [SA] Silute server will undergo additional maintenance. Our most sincere apologies to the [SA] Silute server players. Greetings, Saviors! We will soon carry out maintenance across all servers due to the following reasons. 1. On May 30, 2017, we had announced that 'DPK ratings will no longer be reset when a server is restarted for maintenance purposes or abnormally.' However, we have found that there were issues where the DPK of certain items were found to be abnormal. As such, the lower DPK ratings will be fixed during this maintenance. 2. We have discovered that the Fortune Cookies obtained from the 'Luck of the Anvils' event had been erroneously giving 7-day Tokens. All such Tokens will be removed and Token benefit time deducted from those that have already used the Tokens. Our sincere apologies for the confusion. This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 03:00 to 04:00 [BRT] 04:00 to 05:00 [CEST] 09:00 to 10:00 [SGT] 15:00 to 16:00 Note that this maintenance is affecting all servers. We will update this announcement once maintenance is completed. Thank you for understanding.
[UPDATE] Policy Update Regarding RMT
UPDATE After the implementation of our new RMT policies, we have received multiple inquiries about accounts that have been banned with no prior warning, despite the 3-strike system described in this announcement. We would like to clarify that the 3-strike system was put in place to avoid taking unfair action against players who may not be using the Market to conduct RMT transactions. In cases where the accounts involved are proven to be taking part in RMT, those accounts will be immediately suspended without prior warning. Greetings, Saviors. Today we would like to address a subject that has always been a cause for concern to many in our TOS community: real-money trading, better known simply as RMT. Since the beginning of TOS, we have devoted our efforts towards cracking down on Silver-farming bot accounts but, for as long as there have been players looking to purchase Silver from these accounts, the practice of RMT has continued. For this reason, we have decided to update our policies on RMT by reinforcing Market surveillance and applying restrictions not only to accounts involved in selling Silver, but also to those involved in purchasing it. In the first step of this policy change, we will begin by reviewing items sold via Market from the date of this announcement until July 31, 2018. Should any case be found where the item was sold at a price far superior to its actual value, that item will be considered as a means for RMT and both seller and buyer accounts will be restricted. Accounts found to be selling Silver by purchasing inexpensive items from the Market at a much higher price will immediately receive a permanent ban. Silver-buying accounts found to have listed such items will be processed as follows: Strike 1 - GM message warning Strike 2 (within 3 months of Strike 1) - Listed items and Silver (or items purchased with that Silver) seized - 15-day ban Strike 3 (within 3 months of Strike 2) - Permanent ban In order to assess the new measures during this first phase and decide on how to continue improving our policy on RMT, we will be closely monitoring the operation’s results as well as players’ feedback and suggestions.
