Greetings, Saviors! For three whole weeks, receive a handy EXP buff by traveling with your hefty companion! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on December 26, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on January 15, 2019 Who Can Participate - Anyone with a Companion Big Companion Buff - During the event period, your Companions will grow 1.5 times in size and give their accompanying characters a special buff of +10% EXP gains! Important - The Companion buff does not apply to Hawks, but the size change does.

Keep your spirit warm and make every day a white Christmas with the new Winter Festival toys. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on December 19, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on January 9, 2018 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Visit the Event Notice Board to receive one Hot Pack (30 Days) and one Snow Spray (30 Days). STEP 2. Have fun! Take your Hot Pack everywhere you go to keep your hands nice and toasty even in the harsh, cold weather. Use the Snow Spray whenever you need a little wintry magic to brighten up your day. Important - You can receive the items one time per character during the event period.

Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL Controller Mode Info In Korean: “Ancient Korean secret, huh” The info window for Controller Mode is in Korean. Dropped FPS After the Patch: “Za Warudo” Frame rate issues after the patch in certain situations. Connection Issues After the Patch: “Notorious I.P.F.” Game crashing after the patch. A friendly reminder: Please, try to log in after uninstalling any and all add-ons. If the problem persists please let us know via Support Ticket. Mouse Mode Issues : “Mouse Infestation” Certain skills not working properly in a mouse mode. SKILL & STAT Barbarian – Cleave: “Cleave to Leave” The skill crashing the game when used. Swordsman STR Not Increasing Block Penetration: “0% Penetration 100% Frustration” Despite the recent patch note, Swordsman’s STR stat not increasing Block Penetration. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.

Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on April 3, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on May 2, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Drop by the good old Event Notice Board to get your daily reward. The daily reward will depend on the total number of days you logged in during the event period. - Each reward can only be received once per day, per team. STEP 2. The Log Calendar is 21 days, so after you collect all 21 daily prizes, the calendar will restart, and on the next day you will receive the prize corresponding to Day 1. Each reward can only be received once per day, per team. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory.
