Greetings Savior, On December 20, 2023, a patch went live on KST 18:33 due to the following issue: - A new character can not progress the Popo Boost event if the Boost Premium Ticket has been used by a character that does not meet the event condition. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.

Changes after the 9th Anniversary Event
Greetings Savior, To ensure clarity regarding the 9th Anniversary Event (~1/14), we would like to address the changes that will be made during the next week's maintenance: 1. NPC Santa Teliavelis will be removed from towns. 2. NPC Santa Teliavelis will no longer appear in contents. 3. 9th Anniversary Collection Event Shop will still be open for access via NPC [Event] Snow Yak Mambo. → Mount Voucher - Popo Scooter (Red) and [Event] 9th Anniversary Gift Ticket will not be available for purchase after the maintenance on Janurary 14, 2025. 4. [Event] 9th Anniversary Gift Ticket will be deleted after the maintenance on Janurary 14, 2025. Please use the item beforehand. Thank you.
Regarding the issue of not being able to receive Falouros: Goddess Raid (Auto Match) MVP reward
Greetings Saviors, The issue of not being able to receive Falouros: Goddess Raid (Auto Match) MVP reward has been fixed. To compensate for the inconvenience, we will be giving out the following rewards. 1. Friday(1/6) : Turbulent Core (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (7 Days) x10 ※ The item will be sent to your Mail Box on January 6, 2023 and it will expire in 2 weeks so be sure to receive it. 2. Saturday / Sunday(1/7,1/8) : Turbulent Core (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (7 Days) x10 per each day ※ This reward is only given to Saviors logins in on each day (If you login in on Saturday you will receive 10 Vouchers in your Mail Box. If you login in on Sunday you will receive 10 Vouchers in your Mail Box. You must receive each reward on the day) If you receive all of the rewards above you will receive Turbulent Core (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (7 Days) x30.
