[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance: April 12, 2024
Greetings, Saviors! We will conduct a temporary maintenance on W server due to the following issue: We would like to announce that we've completed the recovery of goods that were created due to an error in the content invitation system during today's temporary maintenance. In total, 158 accounts from W server have been redeemed for Silver, Blessed Shards, and Litis Powder that were generated abnormally. In cases where the account did not have enough of these items to redeem them, they were replaced with Goddess Token (Lada). If there was an insufficient amount of the Goddess Token (Lada), the number of this token became negative (-) by the amount of the shortfall. Please note that if you have a negative number of tokens, you will not be able to use them until you redeem it. Additionally, we've identified that some accounts have been making abnormal transactions with the abnormally generated Silver. As a result, we've been working to recover the silver from these accounts, and for accounts with insufficient silver, we have seized the Goddess Token (Lada) instead. The temporary in-game restrictions applied due to this issue have been lifted. Thank you. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue where blockade rewards were awarding previous season's set of rewards - We will additionally hand out compensation to players in the later date with up-to-date rewards. You may use the current rewards freely. - Where Lv.500 Ichors successions can be used on Lv. 520 Ichors - This is an intended feature. - The issue where Lada tokens are expended instead of Jurate tokens when attempting to imbue stats on [Jurate] Spaulers/Belts. - This issue will be fixed at a later date, but feel free to use Lada tokens to imbue stats on your Spaulders/Belts until it is fixed. [EDITED] Regarding the weapon appearance items of Goddess’ Glory
Greetings Saviors, As mentioned in the previous patch notes. 'The weapon appearance items of Goddess’ Glory - Major Arcana is not added to the equipment' is currently fixed. Therefore, we would like to take the following compensation measures for users who have experienced confusion about the issue above. For those who have already applied the weapon appearance of the Major Arcana theme to the gear(~11/15), we will remove the applied weapon appearance and send an item equal to the removed appearance via the Market Retrieve Tab of the character. - The weapon appearance items removed during the maintenance will be sent to Market Retrieve Tab during the maintenance on November 22th We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
