Announcement regarding connection issues
Greetings Saviors! We would like to make an announcement regarding connection issues that certain players have been having since July 26th, 2016. Please try connecting to the game after making sure that you are not using any addons. If you still have issues connecting to the servers without any addons installed, please let us know via the ticket system. [COMPLETE][Hotfix] Temporary Maintenance - July 26th, 2016
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be having temporary maintenance across all servers from (EDT) 07:30 ~ 08:15 July 26th, 2016. This maintenance is in order for us to implement a hotfix that will apply most of the features that did not properly get applied in today's patch. Please note that some regions may take longer to log back on to the servers due to file synchronization issues. Apologies for any inconvenience or confusion you may have experienced. Greetings, Saviors!We would like to announce the details of our weekly maintenance for July 25th, 2016-July 26th, 2016. Make sure to check below for the maintenance schedule and patch notes.Please note that other issues and bugs are also being worked on even if they are not mentioned below.
Regarding the 'Scavenge Challenge' Event
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that the 'Scavenge Challenge' event will be extended for a week and will end on August 9th, 2016. This is not only to allow players that have been unable to receive the quest in certain conditions to complete the full 14 days, but to also give a chance to late comers that had learned of the event a bit late. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that you may have experienced due to unforeseen circumstances. We have applied a hotfix that should now allow players to receive the event quests as inteneded. However, we would like to use this chance to re-emphasize certain conditions of the 'Scavenge Challenge' event. 1. The quest reset timing is the same as the instanced dungeon reset times, 6 a.m. EDT. 2. You will not be able to complete more than 1 quest per day. 3. You will not be able to receive a quest on the same day that you have completed one. e.g. You will not be able to receive a quest at 5 a.m. EDT and complete it past 6 a.m. EDT and receive another quest. You must complete the quest before 6 a.m. EDT in order to receive a quest past 6 a.m. EDT. 4. Please try to avoid receiving and completing quests at the last minute to reduce any chance of connection issues interfering with the quest completetion registration times. We hope that this event period extension will allow more players a chance to go and hunt for the completion rewards. The 'Survival and Victory' Event is coming!
Greetings Saviors! We are pleased to announced that the "Survival and Victory" event will be released soon. Please make sure to check all the details below for information about the event. [Details] 1. Event Period - From : Scheduled Maintenance on July 26th 2016 - Until : Scheduled Maintenance on August 16th 2016 2. How to Participate -You will automatically participate in the event if you join a Team Battle during the event period -You can see more information about the Team Battle League in this announcement. 3. Rewards A. Weekly Challenge -Achieve 15 wins per week on a character to earn 300 points which you will be to use at the Team Battle League Point Shop -You may earn up to 900 points per character during the event period -Rewards will be applied to the relevant characters every scheduled maintenance throughout the event period B. Best Combatant -An honorary title will be given to the top ranked player for each base class (Archer, Cleric, Swordsman, Wizard) per region (NA, EU, SEA, SA) -The title will be applied to relevant characters on the last scheduled maintenance of the event period 4. Important -Participation Requirements: Characters must be over Rank 5 will be able to participate -Please note that the rankings are reset every Monday at midnight (EDT) -Please remember that you will not be allowed to abuse bugs, you may be disqualified as a result. -Please note that above content might be adjusted due to changes of the development plan.
Introducing the 'Team Battle League'
Greetings Saviors! This is the Tree of Savior Dev Team. We would like to introduce a feature that PVP oriented players will have an interest in, the 'Team Battle League'. What is the 'Team Battle League'? The 'Team Battle League' is PVP content where you can enjoy combating players that are from the same regional servers. You will not be able to battle players from different regions. It is open for 4 separate sessions each day which are an hour long : (EDT) 4 a.m., noon, 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Only characters that are over Rank 5 will be able to participate, but anyone is free to spectate. Please note that the rankings are reset every Monday at midnight (EDT). You will be able to check any 'Team Battle League' related contents by pressing the icon indicated in the image below. [Point Shop] The Point Shop is where you can use the points acquired from the 'Team Battle League' to purchase items. You can purchase items with the points acquired from the 'Team Battle League'. ※ The contents above may be changed as results of patches. How to Participate The 'Team Battle League' icon will appear next to the minimap when a new session is about to begin. There are 2v2 and 5v5 matches. However, please note that only 5v5 matches will count towards your ranking. You will automatically be moved to the 'Team Battle League' zone once the opponents are decided and all of the combatants are ready. The battle will begin as soon as the [Battle Start] notice appears. Please remember that you will not be able to use crafted scrolls. ※ The contents above may be changed as results of patches. Checking Results The 'Team Battle League' operates on a best of three system. Your team will receive a yellow orb located next to the round number for each victory. Everyone will be moved to Klaipeda after the rounds are over. Checking Ranks You will be able to check your records and rankings after participating. Your 'Team Battle League' score will always be marked on the Adventure Journal rankings. Top tier players will have rankings assigned to them and different icons will be added in front of their Team names. You can also check 'Team Battle League' information from the 'Team Battle League' NPC named Valis who can be located in Fedimian. ※ The contents above may be changed as results of patches. Battle Points You will receive 10 Battle Points for a win and 5 Battle Points for a loss. You may earn up to 50 Battle Points per day and will be able to purchase items such as EXP Cards with those points. You will only be able to purchase 1 EXP Card per day. The EXP Card level will differ according to your character's level. ※ The contents above may be changed as results of patches. Spectating You will be able to watch battles in real-time without participating by [Spectating]. You will also be able to [Spectate another player] if you are knocked down during combat. You will be able to chat anonymously while you spectate, but players in the arena will not be able to see it. However, please note that you cannot use any skills when you are spectating. You are able to select characters you wish to spectate from by clicking on them. There is no limit on how often you can switch, so you will be able to learn from the plays of others. You will be able to stop spectating at any time by pressing [Exit Spectator Mode] or wait until the battle is over to be automatically disconnected. ※ The contents above may be changed as results of patches.
'King of the Tower' Event!

The 'Top Guild' Event is coming!
Greetings, Saviors! We are pleased to announce that the "Top Guild" event will be released soon. Please make sure to check all the details below for information about the event. Guild creation costs will be discounted by 50% during the event period. [Details] 1. Event Period - From : Scheduled Maintenance on July 26th 2016 - Until : Scheduled Maintenance on August 16th 2016 2. How to Participate -You will automatically participate if you join a Guild Battle during the event period. -You can see more information about Guild Battles in this announcement. 3. Rewards A. All guilds -The "Build Guild Tower" item will be given to all participating guild masters every week. -You can receive a total of 3 rewards during the event period (3 weeks). *All rewards will be sent to the guild master through in-game mail. B. Top 3 guilds -Top 3 guilds per region (NA, EU, SEA, SA) will receive 1000 / 500 / 300 Talt respectively after the event period. -The final result will be calculated by total rank points. -Written interviews will be held with the guild masters of the 1st ranking guilds for each region should the guild agree to do so. 4.
