SEA Server "Telsiai" in Preparation
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to introduce a new server for players in the SEA region. Like Fedimian, SEA players who have already started playing on Klaipeda or Orsha servers will be allowed a one-time Team transfer to the upcoming SEA server. The server details are as follows: Server name: Telsiai Open time: TBA *Once the open time has been confirmed, we will update this post accordingly. To be eligible for this transfer, your Team has to be created on either Klaipeda or Orsha server. We would like to remind you once again how the transfer is going to be implemented. We will first be taking requests from players who wish to have their Teams transferred. Fedimian Server Now Open
Greetings, Saviors. Fedimian server is now open for access. This is a temporary EU server meant to accommodate the players who wish to be transferred to our upcoming server physically located in Europe. Femidian is currently located on the US East Coast, but the entire server will be relocated to our future server in Europe. Please keep this in mind when playing on this server. Thank you.
Fedimian Server and Consolatory Notice
Greetings, Saviors. Thank you for your patience throughout our launch for the past few hours. We are here to bring you news that our new Femidian server is ready to be opened within the next hour. Please keep in mind that this is a temporary EU server meant to accommodate players who wish to be transferred to our upcoming server in Europe. When we open the Femidian server, we will let you know through a new post announcing its release. Prior to the announcement, please accept our apologies for rather crowded servers with high traffics. We had initially planned 2 servers based on our sales data. They were sufficient enough to support the player base without waiting queues. However, there was an unexpected jump in sales a day prior to our scheduled launch date. There was an additional influx of sales, the amount exceeding well over a third of our most recent total sales, and the statistics were not observed in time due to the data refresh being queued. As a result, our players experienced heavy lags and connection issues, which is what we previously stated that we would prevent. In order to make up for the inconvenience we have caused you on the first day of our grand opening due to our inability to foresee this event, we would like to provide you with compensation. We will make a separate announcement later regarding the details. A great number of mistakes have already been made, but we hope to learn from this and deliver you a stable service and an enjoyable game. We would greatly appreciate your support in this endeavor. Server Launch Delay Notice
Hello, Saviors. We regretfully bring you the news that due to some technical difficulties that occurred while trying to get our servers up, the launch is getting delayed a bit. It seems that the recovery process would take about 4 hours, but we will open the servers as soon as the issues get resolved. Details on the Founder's Server and Regional Servers
Greetings, Saviors! We wanted to give you more details on the Founder's Servers and make an announcement on the current status of regional servers. [Founder's Server Details] Open : 2 a.m. EDT on the 29th of March, 2016 We have been able to get rough estimates of how many players will access the game during the Early Access period thanks to the sales data. Through our past experience, we’ve discovered what we call an optimal player-per-server ratio to allow pleasant gameplay. After looking at the data, we've decided to be more conservative than usual and lower the player-to-server ratio in order to make sure that there will be no waiting queues as we promised. We will have additional servers on standby in case there is a sudden influx of players when the servers open. An announcement will be made 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to opening those servers in such case. [Regional Servers] We are aware that many players have been requesting regional servers. However, we have come to the conclusion that we cannot create and sustain regional servers based on the data up to this point. Please take a look at the raw purchase data provided by Steam below for your reference. That being said, we will consider creating regional servers later down the line if we see enough support from those regions. Most importantly, we will be offering a 1-time Team transfer to regional servers if and when they are created. Only 1 Team transfer will be offered to each Steam account. Current Plans Regarding the Transition to F2P
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to offer more details on what we have planned for the transition to F2P on the 28th of April, 2016. There is much more than meets the eye, so please read the notice carefully to make sure you do not miss out on anything important. [Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access - Discount Sale] The Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access products will be offered at 30% off the original price from the 21st of April until they are taken down from Steam stores on the 27th of April. The reason for this sale is to compensate for the lack of head-start that players who purchase the products late into the Exclusive Access period would have. [Transition to F2P and Additional Worlds] As we have previously announced, we are planning on creating new worlds if there is a sufficient influx of new players when the game releases to the mass public. However, we will not be creating new worlds immediately upon release. We are planning on opening them gradually in accordance to the influx of new players. We are aware that the number of players per world is extremely important to an MMORPG and do not want the population divided. Players on the Founder’s servers may feel like they are being penalized if the new worlds are immediately opened and all the new players go to those servers. We will be offering 1-time Team transfers to those who purchased Founder's Server : Exclusive Access. Only 1 Team transfer per Steam account will be allowed regardless of the number of products purchased. We will be taking requests from those who would like to make a Team transfer once new worlds open. The transfers will happen approximately 3 weeks after the new worlds are created in order to ensure that some of the head-start effects brought by older players are reduced.
