[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute. Target Criteria Dormant Target Server: [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Dormant Target Team: Teams that do not meet any of the following criteria below. ▶ Accounts that have: - Record of entering the game within 1 year before the Zachariel Server Merge (July 15, 2025). - Purchased Premium TP - Used Premium TP - Possessed Premium TP ※ Accounts that only purchased Steam DLCs will be changed to Dormant Status. ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team must meet the criteria above to stay active. EXAMPLE: (If you have teams on all three servers, and only the teams on [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute have purchased TP and logged into the game, while the team on [NA] Klaipeda has not met any of the criteria, the team on [NA] Klaipeda will be set to dormant. Between the [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute servers, the dormant team will be determined according to the Global Merge Policy: When you have teams on more than one server.) ※ When the Team set to Dormant Status, the Team will be deleted. ※ If you want to restore your Dormant Account, you must send a ticket during the restoration period. (August 12, 2025) Details 1. When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before August 12, 2025. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week during the restoration period. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following adjustments: - The rank and entry count of this week's Remnants of Bernice Dungeon is reset - The rank and entry count of this week's Weekly Boss Raid - Scout is reset - Skill balance of Swordsman/Scout is readjusted → Please check the April 1~2 patch note for the details of the readjusted values. - The tooltip regarding the Final Damage of Vaivora Vision Lv.4 is modified - The HP UI regarding Isle of Despair Boss monster's shield is fixed - Desperade's skill attack types is changed from Pierce to Weapon Type - The tooltip of [Arts] Last Man Standing: Death Sentence (Desperado) is fixed - The Mount Voucher - Faerie Dragon can not be traded via Market [Maintenance Period] [KST] 13:00 to 17:00 (April 3, 2024) [EST] 23:00 to 03:15 (April 2~3, 2024) [CET] 05:00 to 09:15 (April 3, 2024) [SGT] 12:00 to 16:00 (April 3, 2024) [BRT] 01:00 to 05:15 (April 3, 2024) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Tree of Savior is now Greenlit on Steam
Hello. We are TOS Service Team. Many people are asking us who submitted Tree of Savior into Steam Greenlight so we want to clarify here that we, imcGAMES made the submission. We want to apologize to our fans that we weren’t able to post the announcement about it before the submission. (Please understand that it was our first time submitting our game into Steam Greenlight. :) ) Tree of Savior is now Greenlit within less than 10 hours after we made the submission. We want to thank you for your love and support for Tree of Savior. [RESOLVED] [SEA] Telsiai Connection Issue
Greetings Saviors. We have received some connection reports from [SEA] Telsiai due to temporary server unrest. The issues have been resolved now. Please let us know if the problem re-occurs. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
