[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute. Target Criteria Dormant Target Server: [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Dormant Target Team: Teams that do not meet any of the following criteria below. ▶ Accounts that have: - Record of entering the game within 1 year before the Zachariel Server Merge (July 15, 2025). - Purchased Premium TP - Used Premium TP - Possessed Premium TP ※ Accounts that only purchased Steam DLCs will be changed to Dormant Status. ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team must meet the criteria above to stay active. EXAMPLE: (If you have teams on all three servers, and only the teams on [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute have purchased TP and logged into the game, while the team on [NA] Klaipeda has not met any of the criteria, the team on [NA] Klaipeda will be set to dormant. Between the [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute servers, the dormant team will be determined according to the Global Merge Policy: When you have teams on more than one server.) ※ When the Team set to Dormant Status, the Team will be deleted. ※ If you want to restore your Dormant Account, you must send a ticket during the restoration period. (August 12, 2025) Details 1. When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before August 12, 2025. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week during the restoration period. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. Corrections and bug fixes after August 16th maintenance
Greetings, Saviors. Chat and Storage Bug Fixes We would like to announce that we have now fixed the bugs affecting the chat and personal storage functions after the maintenance on August 16th, and you should be able to use them again as intended. We ask that you send in a Support ticket should you find that these or other features are still not working as intended after today’s maintenance. Item Corrections After our latest scheduled maintenance, some players were able to purchase certain items not meant for sale, mistakenly introduced in the game. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error, and would like to announce that all items not meant for sale have been seized. Users who were able to purchase the items have also been compensated accordingly to correct this mistake. Kindly let us know via Support ticket if you were not compensated for the aforementioned errors. Missing ‘Shady Geologist’ Title Error The ‘Shady Geologist’ title, awarded to winners of our previous Scavenge Challenge Event, is missing for some players after today’s maintenance. We are aware of this error and expect to correct it during our next scheduled maintenance. Companion Move Button Error When clicking a companion’s UI at the lodge, a button in Korean will appear next to the ‘Bring Along’ button. This button will move the companion to the other page of your lodge (page 1 > 2 or vice-versa), from where you can still retrieve it. We are working to fix this error, but meanwhile we ask that you keep in mind what it does and avoid clicking it. Other Errors Some item tooltips still contain errors that require fixing. We expect to correct these in a future patch as well. Thank you for understanding. Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
