[COMPLETE] [EU] Temporary Maintenance Notice - May 12, 2017

Maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 22:00 to 00:00 (May 11-12, 2017) / [CET] 04:00 to 06:00 (May 12, 2017) Note that this temporary maintenance will only affect the [EU] server, Fedimian. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 18, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance across all servers in order to carry out the following: 1) Expand the current [NA] Klaipeda Guild Territory Wars beta test to 2 additional maps – Genar Field and Galeed Plateau (the daily sessions will take place at the previously announced schedule on all 3 maps). 2) Correct a bug that allowed players to incorrectly repeat certain quests. This maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 03:00 to 04:00 [BRT] 04:00 to 05:00 [CEST] 09:00 to 10:00 [SGT] 15:00 to 16:00 Note that this maintenance will affect all servers. We will update this announcement when maintenance is complete.
First Territory Wars Beta Test Complete
Greetings, Saviors! Today was the last session of our one-week Guild Territory Wars beta test period in [NA] Klaipeda. We are immensely grateful to everyone who participated in the test and took the time to contribute with valuable feedback through the GTW survey and our forums. We managed to gather a very good amount of data on the new content, which we will be using to further tweak and improve its playability. Now that the test period is over, there are few things we would like to make known regarding the future of GTW in [NA] Klaipeda. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, [NA] Klaipeda guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of (Wednesday) May 2, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until April 24, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions in [NA] Klaipeda to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the server’s live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for additional rewards. 2) The additional tests may not take place at a regular schedule or in a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 3) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 4) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in [NA] Klaipeda. Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for a new round of tests according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses. Remnants of Bernice Temporarily Closed
Greetings Saviors, As previously announced, we will be reworking the two contents of TOS: Uphill Defense and Remnants of Bernice. Because of this, players will not be able to retrieve their rewards for Remnants of Bernice starting from 6 AM, May 13, 2019, to the end of Scheduled Maintenance on May 14, 2019. The rewards for player participation in the Remnants of Bernice in the previous week will be available to obtain starting from the end of Scheduled Maintenance on May 14, 2019, to 6 AM, May 20, 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Second Territory Wars Beta Test Complete

The second GTW testing period in [NA] Klaipeda is officially over, and once again we would like to thank all the guilds who participated in the six days of Territory Wars sessions. Similar to what happened after the first round of tests, we will continue performing unofficial tests, this time on all server regions. Make sure to read all the details below. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of June 12, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until May 29, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions on all servers to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the servers' live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) These tests will take place in all servers. The sessions in each region may follow different schedules according to the needs of the test and the characteristics of each server region. Also, the schedule of the tests may be altered at any time without prior notice. 2) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for rewards. 3) The additional tests may not have a regular duration.
