Known Issues: May 17, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Earth Tower Instability - Several players have reported crash and disconnection issues throughout Earth Tower. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with the following information: 1) Did the crash/disconnection happen only to you or to all party members at the same time? 2) At what time and where did the issue happen? 3) Your location, PC specifications, internet connection and other details you may be able to provide. 4) Your lastreplay file (Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay). Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
List of Issues : June 26, 2020
- The issue that the duration of the invincible buff increases when using revive with a certain skill. - The issue that Tiger Swallowtail hair accessory is hidden in certain hairstyle. - The issue that the looting chance on the information below is marked as minus. - The issue that damage increases by a large amount when using certain skill in PVP. - The issue that the effect of attribute of Resist Elements: Enhance is not applied as the tooltip. - The issue that attribute Druid: Wolf Spirit isn't applied on Lycanthropy. >> The tooltip of the skill will be correted. - The issue that the damage of Summon Familiar skill isn't changed by equipping weapon. - The issue that cannot receive buff during Sanctuary: Liberty(Physical). >> You cannot receive any buffs during Sanctuary: Weaken, applied after Sanctuary: Liberty(Physical). - The issue that evasion rate of skill Redemption is not normally applied. >> It's normally applied, but the icon or marks are not shown. - The issue that hair dye is not applied on hair. >> The hair dye only applies to hairs that never changed their style. >> The hair dye is for wig, and thus will be applied on wig. - The issue that Moringponia targets to watch the NPC, and not the player. - The issue that unable to connect the game due to commander existed. >> This is a temporary issue. If the message pops up, please try to re-connect after a moment. - The issue that additional damage of skill Aspergillum is not normally applied. - The issue that effect of skill fade is not normally applied in challenge mode. - The issue that damage increases when using barrier and a certain skill as a combination. - The issue that skill damage increases when using Crossfire and a certain skill together.

Regarding the Issue with GTW
Greetings Saviors. It had recently come to our attention that many players were barred from participating in Guild Territory Wars with an in-game message that said they could not participate for 14 days because of abandoning a guild. We have found out that this was caused by an error in the way which the game checked the player entry restrictions and guild membership and we will be patching the game to resolve the issue during our Scheduled Maintenance on February 19th, 2019. As the majority of our players could not participate in GTW, we deemed that it would only be fair that we reset the seize status for ALL SERVERS that resulted from GTW that just took place over the past two days. This means that tariffs will not be distributed to the guilds that successfully seized the spot areas, and all tariff rates for all cities across all servers will be manually reset until the next GTW session. Please note that the timed items related to the event(e.g. potions) will not be removed. The following items will be provided to ALL PLAYERS during this week's Scheduled Maintenance as compensation for the issue: - [GTW Event] Small Elixir of HP Recovery x20 - [GTW Event] Small Elixir of SP Recovery x20 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed HP Potion x20 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed SP Potion x20 - [GTW Event] Urgent Repair Kit x5 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed Movement Speed Potion x5 We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused over the issue and thank you again for your patience and understanding. Known Issue: Regarding the delayed end time of GTW
Greeting Saviors! - The time of GTW is intermittently frozen when reaching 1 second remaining and the war continues. In this case, GTW does not end right at the scheduled time and ends after a few seconds of delay. We are currently aware of the issue and when the same issue occurs in the future, please proceed until the GTW is entirely completed. We will only acknowledge the winner specified in the system as the final winner from now on. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, IMC staff
[UPDATE] [RESOLVED] Issues Detected on the 'Silute' Server
Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Silute' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. Thank you. Note: Please be advised that a compensation will be sent later on.
