Period From November 17, 2021 To December 5, 2021 at EST 23:59 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the event post uploaded on Facebook. [Link] STEP 2. Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Otherworld Costume Rank S or A. (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 12 saviors in total. - 10 saviors by random ▶ ALL Costume Box of Otherworld (Only contents can be traded) - 2 saviors by GM pick ▶ Rose Wing of Otherworld (Trade O) or Noble Popo Selection Voucher (Only contents can be traded) - by random ▶ All Costume Box of Otherworld (Only contents can be traded) - Winners will be announced on the event page on December 6, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 12 users on December 7, 2021. [SA] Known Issues: April 4, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Lag and Instability in [SA] Silute - Players in [SA] Silute have reported frequent lag and other server instability issues occurring on the server. Upon checking the server's condition, we have noted no apparent cause of instability in [SA] Silute. If you are being affected by lag and instability issues, kindly report them through a support ticket with information about your location, system specs and most importantly a video of the occurrence (you can upload the video on a platform like YouTube and include the link to it in your ticket), so we can investigate the problem further. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Known Issue: February 25, 2020
Greetings, Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention. - The issue where the Sandra's Magnifier Large Box of Leticia's secret Cube is Sandra's Magnifier Box. The devs are currently aware and working to resolve the issues. We will inform you by updating this announcement when the issues have become resolved. Go to the [Ragana] NPC in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). STEP 2. Offer her 50,000 silvers and she might grant you with costumes by chance! - Even if you don’t get the costumes, you can exchange them with Demon God's Temptation Points collected by each offering. - 1 Demon God’s Temptation point will be given per each offering without reward. - Demon God's Temptation event items are sorted as [Legend/Unique/Magic] rank. Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Magic Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. STEP 3. Go to the [Demon God's Temptation Points Store] and buy costumes by using Demon God's Temptation Points. ※ Items in the Demon God's Temptation Point Shop will be deleted at the following dates. Sweet: October 5, 2021 Criminal: November 9, 2021 STEM: December 7, 2021 TOSummer: January 4, 2022 Drip Drop: February 8, 2022 Good ol'days: March 8, 2022 Important - Consume Demon God's Temptation Points to exchange with the items in the Point Store. [SA] Known Issues: Instability
Greetings, Saviors. Over the past few months, there have been several reports of instability from players in the [SA] Silute server that we have been attempting to address through various approaches. We would like to continue asking for your cooperation in investigating these issues until a definitive solution is found. In April, after several reports of instability in South America, we performed a maintenance extension in [SA] Silute where we moved the server to a different provider and upgraded its capacity and performance (link here). After that, we received new reports of players in the region for whom the symptoms of instability persisted, so we decided to run a ping test for [SA] Silute players to gather more information and hopefully find the source of the issue (link here). One phenomenon we managed to identify with this process was that network conditions are less favorable to players accessing from Chile. This, unfortunately, is not entirely related to the performance of the server, and a solution would depend also on the corresponding internet service provider. Because of how pervasive these instability issues have proven to be in South America, we would like to ask any players in the region who may be experiencing them to submit a Support ticket containing as much detailed information as possible (your location, PC specifications, internet connection, etc.). Since last week’s scheduled maintenance we have been closely monitoring the state of all regional servers, but we have yet to find out a reason for the lag and instability that affect [SA] Silute, as it shows no major difference in terms of performance from its North American counterpart, for example. For this reason, it is very important that we collect detailed and accurate information on your gameplay environment that could provide us with clues to the source of the issues. As previously announced, during the scheduled maintenance of June 5 we will be expanding and rearranging zones in [SA] Silute, which we hope will alleviate some of the symptoms of instability currently felt in the server.
