[UPDATE] Scheduled Maintenance for August 7~8, 2023

[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute. Target Criteria Dormant Target Server: [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Dormant Target Team: Teams that do not meet any of the following criteria below. ▶ Accounts that have: - Record of entering the game within 1 year before the Zachariel Server Merge (July 15, 2025). - Purchased Premium TP - Used Premium TP - Possessed Premium TP ※ Accounts that only purchased Steam DLCs will be changed to Dormant Status. ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team must meet the criteria above to stay active. EXAMPLE: (If you have teams on all three servers, and only the teams on [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute have purchased TP and logged into the game, while the team on [NA] Klaipeda has not met any of the criteria, the team on [NA] Klaipeda will be set to dormant. Between the [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute servers, the dormant team will be determined according to the Global Merge Policy: When you have teams on more than one server.) ※ When the Team set to Dormant Status, the Team will be deleted. ※ If you want to restore your Dormant Account, you must send a ticket during the restoration period. (August 12, 2025) Details 1. When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before August 12, 2025. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week during the restoration period. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. Regarding the Issue with GTW
Greetings Saviors. It had recently come to our attention that many players were barred from participating in Guild Territory Wars with an in-game message that said they could not participate for 14 days because of abandoning a guild. We have found out that this was caused by an error in the way which the game checked the player entry restrictions and guild membership and we will be patching the game to resolve the issue during our Scheduled Maintenance on February 19th, 2019. As the majority of our players could not participate in GTW, we deemed that it would only be fair that we reset the seize status for ALL SERVERS that resulted from GTW that just took place over the past two days. This means that tariffs will not be distributed to the guilds that successfully seized the spot areas, and all tariff rates for all cities across all servers will be manually reset until the next GTW session. Please note that the timed items related to the event(e.g. potions) will not be removed. Weekly Question and Answer – August 12th, 2016
1. I’m curious to know how auto-matching works in Team Battle League. Can you let us in on how the teams are matched together? The process of matching teams together for the Battle League involves two major steps. First, teams applying for the Battle League are sorted by the average level of their members. Then, the system compares the MMR of the sorted teams and searches for the best match within a limited MMR range. If the matching process is delayed, this MMR range is automatically adjusted to allow for a bigger difference between both teams and reduce waiting time. Along with these methods, our plan is to gradually improve the system so as to include Elo ratings in the matching process as well. 2. Having the guild master as the sole administrator of a guild can be a little inconvenient. Any plans to create a sort of sub-master for guilds? Having a single leader in a guild can in fact be less than ideal for the other members when the guild master isn’t around, especially in larger guilds. Because of this, we are planning to develop a new role of sub-master for guilds that want to assign one. This sub-master will have the authority to perform some of the same actions as the guild master, allowing members to participate in guild activities even when the guild master is not available. Nothing concrete has been settled about this feature yet, but we’ll keep you updated with more details in the future. 3. Will Rank 8 increase the current maximum level? Indeed, it will. As you know, level 280 corresponds to the current maximum of Rank 7. Applying the Rank 8 patch, then, will not only unlock the new classes we already introduced in our blog, but also expand the maximum level to 330 for characters and companions. And, of course, the maximum team level will also increase accordingly. 4. Sometimes the boss monster in “Guild Boss Hunting” doesn’t appear when it should. Is this being fixed? We are aware that this problem tends to occur at times during guild events, so to solve it, we’ve decided to adjust the conditions of the event. We’re in the process of developing a solution to this error and expect to apply the fix in a future patch. 5. We’ve waited long enough for the bunny costumes now, and the new swimwear costumes you released in Korea look really cute too. When can we expect them on Steam? If you’ve been waiting for the bunny series costumes and the new swimwear line, you’ll be pleased to hear that we’re planning on introducing them both on the TP Shop on Steam very soon. We’re very thankful for the interest the community has shown in our costume sets and will continue to develop new cosmetic items for those who enjoy personalizing their characters.

Known Issues: May 17, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Earth Tower Instability - Several players have reported crash and disconnection issues throughout Earth Tower. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with the following information: 1) Did the crash/disconnection happen only to you or to all party members at the same time? 2) At what time and where did the issue happen? 3) Your location, PC specifications, internet connection and other details you may be able to provide. 4) Your lastreplay file (Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay). Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
