Vice Guild Master Activity Guide Necessary Activity 1. Log in to TOS 3 days or more per week 2. Accept applications of Support Guild when logged in to TOS a. Approvement route: Alt+G Guild → Settings → Applications b. Newly created teams will be automatically added to the guild, but other saviors need to be approved manually. c. Every applicant must be approved. (However, if it is judged that the purpose of applying is clearly to make conflict/dispute, it may be rejected.) 3. Play Guild Quest 2 times or more per week a. How to play Guild Quest: Guild Tower → Guild Quest → Select the Guild Quest you want to play → Go to the Guild Quest area → Enter via Guild Quest pillar after recruiting (space bar) b. Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary cannot be played. Selective Activity 1. Answer the questions related to playing the game to solve guild member’s curiosity about the game 2. Check Guild Community a. Reply to inquiries about the game b. Questions frequently asked by the guild members can be saved in the Community section to help the players. 3. Activate the Guild Chat a. You can bring energy to the guild chat window by saying hello to the guild chat when you log in or log out, or when other users log in. Important Guild Territory War, Guild Wars, Guild Quest: Sulivinas Lair, Demonic Sanctuary cannot be played. - You cannot declare Guild Territory War and other wars since the purpose of the guild is to help saviors to understand and adjust to the game and since there are too many members. - Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary are also not available as it is difficult to distribute fairly. Guild Quest TIP 1. Guild Tower Location: West Siauliai Woods 1 channel, near Statue of Goddess Vakarine - This location is only for the 1st guild tower. - Location may change from the 2nd guild tower and if so, Vice Guild Masters need to tell the GM by whisper or ticket. - Vice Guild Masters must install the Guild Tower within a day. 2. How to create Guild Tower: Talk to Uska NPC at Klaipeda → Buy Guild Merchandise → Purchase ‘Build Guild Tower’ → Use the item in the installation location 3. If the participation rate is low, guide the progress and reward. - Guild Boss Raid: Click the Participate button, move to the location and defeat the boss monster together! - Guild Mission: Click the Participate button, move to the location and clear the mission! - ‘Guild Foundation’ repetitive quest is cleared when clearing Guild Quest twice a week. Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the STEM Costume Rank S or A. (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. Rewards: Attribute Point Box (S rank) STEM Planetary Orbits x1 (Trade X, Team Storage O) STEM ALL Costume Box x1 (Only contents can be traded) - Winners will be announced on the event page on July 19, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 10 users during the scheduled maintenance on July 20, 2021. Important - Characters on the screenshots must wear at least 1 STEM costume from Goddess Blessed Cube. [UPDATE] Known Issue: March 12, 2020
Greetings, Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention. - The issue that the reset time of daily candy aquisition count and Kedorda Candy Set exchange count of the Event 'Lovely Rolly Polly' has been set to 00:00, instead of 06:00 stated in the Event Notice. Due to problems found while examining modification process of the issue, the original plan to fix the reset time from 00:00 to 06:00 is canceled and the reset time of the Event 'Lovely Rolly Polly' will be set to 00:00. For this reason, the script of the Event NPC notifying the reset time as 06:00 will be corrected to 00:00 during maintenance next Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and understanding. [UPDATE] (Ver.July 29th 19:00 server time) Recovery for Teams Deleted during Zachariel Merge
Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Servers during the Tree of Saviors [Zachariel] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Account recovery requests submitted after the application deadline (~August 12, 2025, 23:59) will NOT BE PROCESSED under any circumstances. Target 1. Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (NA, EU, SA) that wishes for team recovery of teams that did not survive the merge 2. Users who wish to recover their dormant team Period After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025 ~ August 12, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025～July 22, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on July 29, 2025. 2nd Request: July 23, 2025～July 29, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 5, 2025. 3rd Request: July 30, 2025～August 5, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 12, 2025. 4th Request: August 6, 2025～August 12, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 19, 2025. Procedure - For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. ⚠️ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ⚠️ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) - There are three types of recovery for your consideration. Please submit an Official Ticket with all the necessary information corresponding to your specific recovery type. - Be aware that if your ticket lacks required information, we may request additional details, and your recovery will be processed based on the date all complete information is received. Please follow these steps if you're type A: A. Recovering a deleted team while keeping your merged team on the Zachariel server. - This applies if you wish to retain the team that was merged into Zachariel, but also want to restore another team that was deleted during the merge process. 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account ◎ The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using ◎ 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team - The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. - The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. [Required Information - A] 1. Type of recovery: A 2. Recovering a deleted team after removing your merged team on the Zachariel server. - This option is for those who want to delete their merged team on Zachariel and instead restore a different team that was removed during the merge process. ◎ The deleted team will NOT be recovered after it is deleted. If you wish to save the currently merged team, please refer to the type A recovery of this post. ◎ 1. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. Add “_1” to the end of the newly created team name: - Since we cannot delete Teams, if a Team exists with the same name as the old one when the recovery happens we will append _1 at the end, you can add 3. for a different free rename to be assigned. - Please note: Once your team name has been changed based on this agreement, we will not support further name changes. - This name change option only applies to users who submitted their recovery ticket before July 18th 00:00 server time. Please follow these steps if you're type C: C. Recovering a team when you have no merged team (due to account dormancy). - This applies if your account was converted to an inactive state and, as a result, no team was merged into the Zachariel server. 1. If you're prompted to create a new team when accessing the Zachariel server, please proceed with creating one first. 2. If the new team you created doesn't have the information you wanted transferred, please follow these steps: - Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. [Required Information - C] - Edited on July 29th 19:00 server time 1. Type of recovery: C 2. Name of the Steam account where the deleted team currently exists: 3. The name of the deleted team you want to recover : Others ▶ If you have Premium TP on more than one server - The premium TPs on all servers are summed and transferred. - This will reset any Premium TP that the additional recovered team originally had, and they will not have any Premium TP when they recover to their new Steam account. Important - Please write the title of the ticket as [Account Recovery]. - If you are applying to transfer a team other than the one that was deleted in the server merge, you will be removed from the target. - Duplicate applications will be processed based on the last application. - After your transfer is complete, you will not be eligible to reapply. - If your team transfer application contains inaccurate information or doesn't meet the criteria, you may not be transferred.
