Greetings, Saviors. Over the past few months, there have been several reports of instability from players in the [SA] Silute server that we have been attempting to address through various approaches. We would like to continue asking for your cooperation in investigating these issues until a definitive solution is found. In April, after several reports of instability in South America, we performed a maintenance extension in [SA] Silute where we moved the server to a different provider and upgraded its capacity and performance (link here). After that, we received new reports of players in the region for whom the symptoms of instability persisted, so we decided to run a ping test for [SA] Silute players to gather more information and hopefully find the source of the issue (link here). One phenomenon we managed to identify with this process was that network conditions are less favorable to players accessing from Chile. This, unfortunately, is not entirely related to the performance of the server, and a solution would depend also on the corresponding internet service provider. Because of how pervasive these instability issues have proven to be in South America, we would like to ask any players in the region who may be experiencing them to submit a Support ticket containing as much detailed information as possible (your location, PC specifications, internet connection, etc.). Since last week’s scheduled maintenance we have been closely monitoring the state of all regional servers, but we have yet to find out a reason for the lag and instability that affect [SA] Silute, as it shows no major difference in terms of performance from its North American counterpart, for example. For this reason, it is very important that we collect detailed and accurate information on your gameplay environment that could provide us with clues to the source of the issues. As previously announced, during the scheduled maintenance of June 5 we will be expanding and rearranging zones in [SA] Silute, which we hope will alleviate some of the symptoms of instability currently felt in the server. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Lag in [SA] Silute - [SA] Silute players have reported experiencing an increase in lag occurrences after the latest update of May 29, 2018, namely in the region of Sausys Room 9. Upon investigating the source of the issue, we have concluded that it was caused by the addition of new content during the update, which affected unrelated maps as well. We expect to increase the number of channels and rearrange them during the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018, in order to promote stable gameplay in the affected maps. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Market Fees Not Updated - The new Market registration fees previously announced through the patch notes for May 29 failed to be applied during yesterday's scheduled maintenance. This means that you will continue to encounter the same Market fees as before for now. We plan to update the game with the new Market fees during the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. Greetings Saviors, We previously announced a few changes to the transcendence system scheduled for the content update of May 29, 2018. These changes, however, were not applied to untradable event items obtained through events. The status of these items is as follows. 1. Items acquired from events will not have their transcendence reset. - This means that the items will remain the same as before. Nothing about them will change, and they will remain in possession of the corresponding player. 2. However, you will receive part of the total required amount of Blessed Gems to reach the final transcendence level of the item. The number of Blessed Gems you receive will correspond to the [amount required before the changes] minus the [amount required after the changes]. - These Blessed Gems can be retrieved from your Market's Retrieve tab after the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. Our apologies for the confusion caused by the previous announcements on this subject. The second GTW testing period in [NA] Klaipeda is officially over, and once again we would like to thank all the guilds who participated in the six days of Territory Wars sessions. Similar to what happened after the first round of tests, we will continue performing unofficial tests, this time on all server regions. Make sure to read all the details below. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of June 12, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until May 29, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions on all servers to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the servers' live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) These tests will take place in all servers. The sessions in each region may follow different schedules according to the needs of the test and the characteristics of each server region. Also, the schedule of the tests may be altered at any time without prior notice. 2) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for rewards. 3) The additional tests may not have a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 4) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 5) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in all servers. Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for implementation according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses.
