Reset Items = Rank Reset Voucher = A. When Using the Rank Reset Voucher: - You will not be able to use Rank Reset Voucher if you have unused rank-up cards left in your inventory. Remember that Rank Cards can only be used at the rank that precedes them. - The Rank Reset Voucher can only be used inside the cities of Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian. - To use the Voucher, you must unequip all items. - Any attributes you may be learning need to be complete before you use the Voucher. - The character to reset cannot be followed by a companion, so remember to leave your companion in your team lodge. - You cannot be using a shop (eg. a buff shop) at the time when the Voucher is used. - You cannot be crafting/enhancing items, enhancing gems or combining cards at the time when the Voucher is used. - If your character is a Templar and a guild master, you will need to transfer the guild to a new guild master or abandon the guild before you can use the Rank Reset Voucher. - Remember that you can be restricted from equipping any Circle 3 costumes you may have depending on the class you choose after the reset. - Remember that your character will have to be female in order to advance into Miko. B. After using the Rank Reset Voucher - Your character will be reset to class level 1, and you will be provided with enough Class EXP Cards to get your character back to the rank it was before the reset. You will be able to recover your pre-reset class level and EXP in full even if your character hasn’t reached class level 15. - All the attributes you learned will be reset and converted into attribute points, which you can use to learn new attributes at the corresponding Class Master. - All Monster Cards will be unequipped and sent to your inventory with no penalty applied. - Companion vouchers obtained from class advancements will be deleted. Already existing companions will not be deleted, but no additional vouchers will be provided if the corresponding companion already exists in your team. - The Rank Reset Voucher will not reset your stat points. = Stat Reset Potion = A. This item will reset all the stat points applied to your character. B. Your reset stats will be converted into status points that you can use to increase your stats again in the Character Info (F1) window. Press Shift and right-click to apply 10 points at a time. IMPORTANT 1. The Reset Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Fresh Start Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Reset Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server.

Returning Savior Event: Homecoming Gift (Jul '18)
Greetings, Saviors! If you've been away from TOS for a while, make sure to login after the scheduled maintenance of June 26 to get your hands on some exclusive returning player goodies! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 26, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 24, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players who haven’t accessed their TOS account in 30 or more days How to Participate STEP 1. Log into your TOS account and retrieve the Homecoming Gift (14 Days) from the Message Box in your lodge. This item will be sent automatically to all eligible players. - A total of 1 Homecoming Gift will be sent to each eligible account. STEP 2. Open the Homecoming Gift from your character’s inventory to receive the following rewards: - Returning Savior's Book (14 Days) x5 [Grants all party members + 2000 maximum HP, + 1000 maximum SP, and +1 movement speed for 1 hour. Cooldown is 1 hour.] - Returning Savior's Potion (30 Days) x1 [Grants +500 physical attack and +500 magic attack for 1 hour when used. Can be used multiple times (is not consumed). Cooldown is 1 hour.] - x8 EXP Tome (14 Days) x2 - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 - Skill Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 - Stat Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 STEP 3. If you already got the Boost Pack from the Rookie Savior Event, you will not receive another one during the event period. Important - The edition of the Homecoming Gift announced here will be available to eligible accounts until July 24, 2018. After that, the Gift’s contents can be changed for future iterations of the event. - The Homecoming Gift is not transferable via Team Storage, so make sure to retrieve it with the correct character. Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead (Jul '18)
Greetings, Saviors! If you’re looking to get a head start on your first TOS adventure, now is the time! Every month we are welcoming all rookie players with a massive level boost! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 26, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 24, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players of Team Level 1 How to Participate STEP 1. If your team is at Team Level 1, head out to your nearest Event Notice Board to receive one Boost Pack (14 Days) (it will be received all at once on the first character you use the Notice Board with): - Note that Team Level and Character Level are different. Your Team Level is calculated according to all the characters and/or companions you have in your Lodge (you can check the top part of the screen at your Lodge to see your Team Level). STEP 2. The Boost Pack will contain a Team Level or Character Level milestone that your character will need to reach in order to receive the corresponding rewards (see Boost Pack Rewards). - There are a total of 6 milestones you can reach, with the top milestone at Character Level 220 / Team Level 3. - Every time you reach a new milestone, the Boost Pack gives you another round of rewards (see the Boost Pack Rewards below)! Boost Pack Rewards Reach the level milestones to receive the rewards! NOTE: Items tagged as [TIMED - XX Days] have an expiration date and can only be used within the period mentioned in the item’s description in-game, eg. if an item is marked as “30 Days”, it must be used within 30 days after you acquire it. After those 30 days, the item will expire and you will no longer be able to use it. The counter will start to decrease as soon as you receive the item, so plan ahead carefully. - CHARACTER LEVEL 1 - Zemyna Necklace x1 [TIMED - 30 Days] - An accessory that increases your character’s stats. Attribute Points: 500 x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] - Invest points in your attribute levels to make your skills even more effective. x8 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED - 14 Days] Rookie Savior's Tome x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] Important - To be eligible for this event, your team must be of Team Level 1. After you enter the event, you can continue to participate even after increasing your Team Level. - The rewards announced here will be available to eligible accounts until July 24, 2018. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: June 25, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) [RESOLVED] Incorrect Instanced Dungeon Bonus - Over the past weekend (June 23-24, 2018), instanced dungeons in the game dropped an additional Silver bonus upon being completed. This bonus is part of a weekend event that is being released this week (details announced later today), but some of the event data was incorrectly added to the game too soon. We apologize for the misunderstandings caused by this issue. The bonus will be applied as intended during the event weekends (please see the event announcement later today for more details). Thank you. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[Fan Art Festival] TOS Vacation: Summer is back
Greetings Saviors! This time around our Fan Art Festival theme is… TOS Vacation: Summer is back! Welcome back to the summer term! Let's take a moment to enjoy the fun activities one can do during summer vacation. We want to know; Summer vs Winter: Which is better? Maybe you can play more sports in the summer, you can go to the beach or go camping! and we might eventually get free tanning all summer. Here is everything you need to know about this fan art festival: We will be accepting submissions from now until Jul 18, 00:00 EDT. From Jul 18, 02:00 EDT until Jul 20, 00:00 EDT voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“Loving Summer”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Jul 24. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). [FIXED] Known Issues: June 20, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) [FIXED] Cursed Scorpios Dropping the Wrong Item - Scorpio monsters from The Cursed Shore event have been reported to drop Attribute Points: 500 instead of Attribute Points 1,000 as previously stated in the event announcement. This issue has been fixed and you will now be able to obtain Attribute Points 1,000 from Cursed Scorpio monsters (according to the rules of the event). 2) [FIXED] Movement Glitches - Players have experienced occasional movement glitches where their characters involuntarily return to the initial point after walking a few steps. This issue has been fixed and you should no longer experience the same glitches. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
