[UPDATE] Regarding the Invite a Friend event rewards
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that we have retrieved the reward items that were issued incorrectly during the Invite a Friend event. The reward items will only be retrieved for new players who have received their event rewards prior to the temporary maintenance on August 22, 2018. All future participants can rest assured that the event reward items will be issued correctly and as intended. 1) The rewards incorrectly issued to all new players have been retrieved. The new players will be able to obtain the rewards again correctly by interacting with the Event NPC. 2) The following measures have been taken to retrieve the reward items already consumed by the new players: - Token effects have been removed for any Tokens that have been used already. - Attribute Points that have been spent have been completely reset and all available points have been retrieved. - All Titles, Companions and Classes that have been unlocked by the new users have been reset. 3) The reward items were not retrieved for active players who have received their rewards earlier than their respective partners' levels. - Please take note that the active players who have already received their rewards will not be able to re-obtain the same rewards again. Please understand that we have put much thought into the decisions made in dealing with the issue at hand and would like to apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused for our players, old and new. All players who have not yet participated in the event can rest assured that the issue has been fixed We would also like to sincerely thank all players for their patience and understanding. [Update] Code usage count has been reset for players whose codes have lost their validity because it was used before new players created a Team in-game. For all players affected by this issue, try to use your invitation codes again and make sure that the new player has created their Teams before entering the code on our invitation page. And for all future participants, the issues related to the Invite a Friend event have been resolved and all event-related content should now function correctly as intended.
Known Issues: March 14, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The issue below has been detected and we are working to fix it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once the issue is resolved. 1) Lolopanther Area rewards not being received upon continuing the challenge to Solmiki Area - Accepting the challenge to continue on to the Solmiki Area of Earth Tower after completing the Lolopanther Area will consume one daily entry but will fail to produce the corresponding reward. For the time being, in order to successfully receive the Lolopanther Area reward, we advise you to abandon the Solmiki challenge before you return to it. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
[UPDATE] [Important] Boruta and Guild Content Participation
Greetings, Saviors. We will be closing down the Borutos Kapas GvG raid temporarily on the scheduled maintenance on August 13 to prepare to reintroduce the content as a Battle at Sulivinas Lair(Borutos Kapas Guild Quest) during our Legend Raid update on August 20th, 2019. To coincide with our content update, we are making an early announcement to let you know that only those players who have had at least 2 weeks of membership in a Guild will be eligible to participate in the new Borutos Kapas Guild Quest and Guild Territory Wars. Please note that the last Boruta(GvG) will be spawned on August 12 and if Boruta isn't successfully defeated by the start of scheduled maintenance on August 13, 2019, no players will be able to receive the current rewards available from Borutos Kapas(GvG). Also, only 3 Guilds at maximum will be eligible to start the Battle at Sulivinas Lair Guild Quest, as the prerequisite for starting the Quest is that your Guild needs to have successfully seized a Spot in the previous week's GTW. However, since the GTW following our content update will include 6 GTW Spots in total, a maximum of 6 Guilds will be eligible to start the Battle at Sulivinas Lair Guild Quest from the following week onwards(the week starting from Monday, August 26th) To summarize: 1) Borutos Kapas GvG will be temporarily removed during the scheduled maintenance on August 13, 2019 and reintroduced as a Guild Quest on August 20, 2019. 2) Only 3 Guild maximum will be able to start the new Battle at Sulivinas Lair in the first week depending on the Spots seized in the previous GTW. The number will be increased to 6 Guilds maximum from the following week onwards. 3) Players must have been a member of a Guild for at least 2 weeks to participate in ALL GUILD CONTENT as well as the new Boruta Guild Quest. Follow-up on Recent RMT Policy Changes

If you remember our previous announcement on RMT policy changes (click here to read it), you will know that we set out to reinforce Market surveillance and punitive action regarding Silver-selling accounts throughout the month of July, in order to test out a new approach to RMT activities. Today, we would like to present some of the results of those efforts, as well as announce our plans for the continuation of our updated RMT policies. Main Results - Investigated 345,167 individual Market listings/transactions. - Applied Strike 1 measures (warning) to 132 Silver-buying accounts. - Applied Strike 2 measures (temporary ban and items/Silver seized) to 15 Silver-buying accounts. - Applied Strike 3 measures (permanent ban) to 1 Silver-buying account. - Permanently banned 2,218 farming bot accounts. List of Accounts Affected Strike 1 (132 accounts) Strike 2 Kan**** Guz**** Zia**** Tru**** Eas**** Das**** Caw**** Yet**** Hol**** Zar**** dsb**** Aou**** Gar**** Pag**** Imo**** Strike 3 Lak**** Policy Improvements After assessing the results of the recent surveillance measures, along with the feedback received from players via our official channels, we have decided to apply the following additions and alterations to our RMT policy. 1) Market Surveillance Accounts eligible for Strike 1 measures will not only receive a GM warning, but will also have the items and/or Silver involved in the transaction permanently seized. No change is applied to Strike 2 and 3 measures. 2) GM Monitoring Accounts found to be using bots or practicing similar violations of our Terms of Service will now receive stronger restrictions when processed by a GM. On Strike 1, the account will be temporarily banned for 15 days. On Strike 2, the account will be permanently banned. Please refer to these changes for cases concerning account restriction disputes and related topics. Should there be any further alterations to our RMT policies, you will be notified in advance via a new announcement in our News page.
[SPECIAL EVENT] Goddess’ Blessed Cube Bonus Reward
Greetings, Saviors! In this edition of the Goddess’ Blessed Cube (May 29 - June 12, 2018), you can get extra Rank A or B items for opening multiple Cubes! Here’s how. STEP 1. Purchase your Goddess’ Blessed Cubes from TP Trader Leticia and open them. STEP 2. Get one additional Rank A or B item every time you reach the following total of Cubes opened: 15, 25, 35, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and so on (when you reach 50 cubes, you get one extra item with every 50 Cubes you open after that). Just interact with the Bonus Cube located next to the TP Shop to receive your special rewards. STEP 3. At the Bonus Cube, you can also check your total of Cubes opened and how many you need to open until your next reward. Alternatively, use the /BonusCount command to display the information. Important - In order to receive the item bonus, the Cubes must be opened between the scheduled maintenances of May 29 - June 12, 2018. Once the current edition of the Goddess’ Blessed Cube is removed from the TP Shop, you will no longer get additional items from opening multiple Cubes. - 10+1 Cube bundles count as 10 Cubes, as 1 Cube is given as a bonus.

NEW! Community Guide Hall of Fame
Greetings, Saviors! Much has changed with the arrival of Re:Build, and many new features have made their way into the game as well. In this event, we’re celebrating the big update and acknowledging the adventurous players out there exploring new content and sharing the knowledge. Event Period Submissions: FROM [EST] January 22, 2019 TO [EST] February 12, 2019 Winners announced: - February 19, 2019 How to Participate STEP 1. Compose and submit or update your existing game guide at the ‘Game Tips and Strategies’ category of our official forums until February 12, 2019. The guide can be about new Re:Build changes or any in-game content you’re well-versed in and would like to share with the community. Make sure to read the submission guidelines below and make sure your guide abides by forum rules. STEP 2. Until February 19, we will review all submitted guides and select the top posts. Winning guides will be moved to a new forum category called ‘Community Guides’, where only staff-approved guides will be posted. Selected players will also win the following rewards: - Title: Game Guide Creator x1 - Barber Shop FREE Gift Coupon x1 - Goddess’ Blessed Cube x10+1 Submission Guidelines 1) The title of your post should start with ‘[SUBMIT]’. In the body of the post, please include your server and team name information. 2) Guides must include a sufficient amount of up-to-date, correct information, sufficient quality of analysis, and be sufficiently comprehensive of the covered subject. 3) Guides must be conveniently displayed and formatted. 4) Guides must be written on the official TOS forums, and not on a link elsewhere. However, links to external resources, screenshots and videos etc. are allowed when used to complement the guide. 5) Guides must be newly written or updated during the event period. Outdated guides are not eligible for rewards. Important - We will not accept guides that are similar to others already published in our official forums. - Guides added to the new ‘Community Guides’ category may be removed if they become outdated. - You will not be able to post in the new ‘Community Guides’ category directly. Any guides must be posted in the ‘Game Tips and Strategies’ category, from where they can be moved by a staff member. - During the event period, you can submit your guide to this event as well as our Equipment Guide section. However, you will not receive double the rewards. - Players are encouraged to be a part of the process, report outdated or incorrect guides, and recommend well-written ones be added to the new category. - The individual class guide will be allowed, but individual build guide will not be allowed as they are too narrow in scope.
