[UPDATE] Known Issues: September 5, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and they are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Green Blindlem Teeth displayed as Wing Test - After the scheduled maintenance of September 5, the material item Green Blindlem Teeth is appearing as “Wing Test”. Please be aware of this when using this item. This error will be corrected during the next scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2017. 2) Summons affected by irregular low HP - Certain summons have been reported to spawn with low HP, causing them to disappear on the first attack received.   Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

This also included items that were crafted using one or more of the affected material items including gems that were enhanced by these items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that no serious offense was committed. We have sent compensation to these unlocked accounts and special compensation will be provided after our investigation is complete. (Please read previous announcements for more information). We would like to mention that the remaining locked accounts require a deeper investigation. For example, for these accounts we have to thoroughly investigate whether or not certain transactions had negative effects on the market by checking profits and the amount of items that were distributed. Although we understand that this may not have been the true intention of these users, if these transactions affected the market, or if these users actions were deemed inexcusable, this will lead us to investigate these accounts again and to possibly set further restrictions. The extent of these restrictions will be known after our investigations are complete. Since we will have to check these accounts multiple times, investigating them will take a bit longer. We ask for your understanding as we complete this process.     We thank you for your patience and until all accounts are processed we will continue to work hard.

Demon God's Temptation

Greetings saviors:)    Demon God Ragana has visited the saviors in town! Offer her silver and get costumes by chance!     Period   FROM the scheduled maintenance on March 9, 2021 TO the scheduled maintenance on April 20, 2021     How to Participate   STEP 1. Go to the [Ragana] NPC in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian).   STEP 2.  Offer her 50,000 silvers and she might grant you with costumes by chance!   - Even if you don’t get the costumes, you can exchange them with Demon God's Temptation Points collected by each offering.     - 1 Demon God’s Temptation point will be given per each offering without reward. - Demon God's Temptation event items are sorted as [Legend/Unique/Magic] rank.   Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Magic Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items.   STEP 3. Go to the [Demon God's Temptation Points Store] and buy costumes by using Demon God's Temptation Points.     Important   - Consume Demon God's Temptation Points to exchange with the items in the Point Store. Points can be shared between teams. - Costume selection box from the [Demon God's Temptation] event can be exchanged into Demon God's Temptation Points. - Contents of Demon God's Temptation Points Store will change when the contents of [Demon God's Temptation] event changes. - Items from the Demon God's Temptation Points Store are not included in the number of acquisition limits per server. - [Wings/Effect/Doll] items exchanged from Demon God's Temptation Point Shop are given as a form of item, and [Costume] is given as a form of package. [UPDATED][SA] Silute server party system issues - June 19th, 2016

Greetings saviors, We would like to let you know that we are aware that there are issues with the party system on the [SA] Silute server. The dev team is currently taking a look into this issue and we will make another announcement when we have resolved this matter. We offer our most sincere apologies for any inconveniences that you may have experienced due to this issue. [UPDATE] The issue with the party system on the [SA] Silute server has been resolved. Please let us know if you are still having difficulty with the party system after this point. We will be keeping a close eye in case it occurs again. 

Regarding Missing TP Bundles After Yesterday’s Patch

Greetings, Saviors. Thanks to your reports, we’ve become aware that some players have lost their previously purchased TP bundles from their accounts after our latest temporary maintenance, meant to fix the issue of multiple TP bundles not being properly redeemed. We would like to let you know that we are currently looking into how we can fix this issue and return the missing TP bundles to their respective accounts. Meanwhile, if you find that any of your purchased TP bundles have disappeared after yesterday’s maintenance, or if you’re experiencing other TP bundle-related problems, we would like to ask you to please send us a ticket through our Support page. In your ticket, make sure to mention your team name and server information, as well as the type of TP bundles you purchased (100TP / 300TP / 500TP / 900TP) and the approximate time they were lost from your account. If possible, also attach screenshots of all relevant information.
