Known Issues: November 24th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Server Lag Issue We have received reports of lag from our users after the last maintenance, mostly from [SEA] Telsiai server. 2) Certain Red Seeds Issue There have been certain bug reports regarding the red seeds and the event. We are investigating the issues. 3) Buffs Getting Removed When Changing Maps When a character player moves to a different location some buffs (Namely "Sacrement") getting removed. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
Issue with Gear Grind Weekends
Greetings Saviors, It has come to our attention that there has been a problem with the Weekend transcendence discount caused by the discrepancy between the time settings on the player PC's and the game's server clock. We are currently looking into resolving the issue before this weekend and also at work compiling information to provide restorations for all users who have lost their equipment potential or even had their equipment destroyed during this time. The restoration process for ALL lost potential and equipment and full refund of Goddess' Blessed Gems used in failed transcendences will take place during the Scheduled Maintenance on January 29, 2019, and the players who have been directly affected by the issue will also be provided the following item as compensation during this time: - Premium Awakening Stone (14 days) x2 The following items will be issued during the Scheduled Maintenance on January 22, 2019, as compensation for ALL users: - Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (14 days) x2 - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (14 days) x2 We apologize once again for the inconvenience we've caused and thank you for your utmost patience and understanding.
An Announcement about [SA] Silute
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to make an announcement about the recent [SA] Silute server issues. There were some inconveniences caused due to an increase in users after the recent update, therefore to solve these inconveniences, and to continue to improve our game for our users, we increased the capacity of the server in [SA] Silute along with other improvements. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that the server runs smoothly. Thank you for your love and support of Tree of Savior. [UPDATE] [NA] Guild Territory Wars Beta Test
[Skip to the end of the announcement for the UPDATE.] Greetings, Saviors! As previously introduced through our dev blog and magazine, we’re preparing to launch a new kind of GvG play in TOS called the Guild Territory Wars, where you can battle rival guilds for areas of territory in selected fields. Since the Territory Wars are completely new content, before going live in all servers we will be opening a one-week beta testing period in [NA] Klaipeda in order to address possible issues and assess the players’ feedback in a more controlled environment. We chose [NA] Klaipeda because the server’s population and peak times facilitate our ability to apply live fixes when necessary, while still ensuring a good degree of participation. All guilds in [NA] Klaipeda are welcome to participate in as many sessions as they wish. If you are interested in joining the test, make sure to brush up on the rules of Territory Wars at our latest announcement and read the sections below to find out how you can contribute. Testing Schedule The Territory Wars test in [NA] Klaipeda will take place from the scheduled maintenance of April 17 to April 24, 2018. The Territory Wars sessions will open every day at EDT 22:00-23:00. Participation Rewards During the testing period in [NA] Klaipeda, the rewards for Guild Territory Wars will be different from those previously announced, as the content will not yet be released live in all servers. 1) Guilds that have participated at least once in a Territory Wars session during the test period: - [Event] Talt x300 (sent to Guild Storage) 2) Individual players that have participated at least once in a Territory Wars session during the test period: - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) x4 - Goddess Sculpture (14 Days) x5 - Jumbo Dumpling (14 Days) x10 3) Guilds who have their first victory in the Territory Wars during the test period: - Recipe - Raid Portal Stone x10 (untradable, must be retrieved by a guild member at the Event Notice Board before the next Territory Wars session) 4) Daily attendance reward for individual players (received every day that you participate in at least one Territory Wars session): - Emergency Repair Kit x10 (untradable) 5) Five-day attendance reward for individual players (received after you participate in at least one session per day for five days): - Territory Wars Tester Armband (30 Days) x1 - Emergency Repair Kit x30 (untradable) These rewards will be sent during the testing period as soon as the requirements for the corresponding reward are met, via your Message Box (except for guild rewards). Remember that timed items are untradable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. Feedback & Bonus Rewards Players participating in the Territory Wars test period are invited to leave their feedback about the new content through either our official forums or the Territory Wars survey linked below. Forum: [Gameplay Feedback >> Territory Wars] Survey: [Guild Territory Wars Feedback] - answers accepted from April 17 to 24, 2018 ONLY We will be granting additional rewards to participants who contribute with good quality feedback through those channels. 1) Players who participate in the feedback survey: - Miracle Seeds x5 Conditions a) Your provided account/spec information must be accurate. b) Your participating character must be of level 100 or above. c) You must complete all the questions in the survey. 2) Players who leave good quality feedback in the forums: - Keistas Bravery Potion x20 - Keista Protective Potion x20 Conditions a) Your provided account/spec information must be accurate. b) Your participating character must be of level 100 or above. c) The content of your feedback must be at least 50 words long (excluding account/spec information). d) Your post must obey the forum's Conduct Guidelines. 3) Top 3 players who leave good quality feedback in the forums: - Title - No. 1 Territory Wars Tester x1 - Territory Wars Tester Armband (90 Days) x1 Conditions a) You must have completed the feedback survey. b) Your provided account/spec information must be accurate. c) Your participating character must be of level 100 or above. d) The content of your feedback must be at least 50 words long (excluding account/spec information). e) Your post must contain at least one suggestion to improve the fun or balance aspect of Territory Wars gameplay. f) Your post must obey the forum's Conduct Guidelines. Only [NA] Klaipeda teams are eligible for feedback rewards. These will be sent after the end of the testing period (TBA) via Message Box. Teams eligible for feedback rewards will be individually selected by the Staff according to the conditions mentioned above. Remember that timed items are untradable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. [UPDATE] GTW Restrictions In general, the same restrictions are applied to Team Battle League and Territory Wars (including the reduced damage between players, skill restrictions, etc.). However, there are a few exceptions, as follows: 1) Consumables - Soul Crystals and Warp Scrolls cannot be used in GTW. - Skill scrolls can be used, but not within the perimeter of the Tower (the “Spot”). 2) Skills - The following skills/attributes apply the same as in TBL: Heal, Ein Sof, Ein Sof: Stacked Healing, Cloaking, Sleep, Iron Hook, Stop. - Summon Guild Member can be used in GTW outside of the Spot (perimeter of the Tower). - All other skills apply they normally would (without the restrictions of TBL). 3) Equipment - Weapon and armor transcendence/enhancement values are not restricted in GTW.

[CLOSED] Weekend Double EXP Event
Greetings, Saviors! Come on over to the servers this weekend for two days of double EXP! Event Period FROM January 20, 2018 at 00:00 (server time) TO January 21, 2018 at 23:59 (server time) Who Can Participate - All characters How to Participate - Simply login to your server during the event period to receive two times the EXP gains on all your characters! You can check your total EXP UP bonuses in the Character Info window (F1). Important - The double EXP bonus applies to your base EXP gains. - The event bonus will not display in the upper-left corner buff UI. To check your EXP bonuses, use the Character Info window (F1).

The Second Half of 2023 Update Preview
Greetings Savior! This is [GM] Kiwi. How are you enjoying your summer? It seems like only yesterday that the walls between the servers were torn down by the W server, and now we're already mid-past the year 2023! Today we're going to talk about some of the upcoming updates that we think you'll be excited about. New episodes and terrifying raid bosses are coming soon, along with new equipment, progression content, and events to make the Saviors more powerful! With the hot and busy lives of our saviors, we hope you’ll be able to get a lift up today from the news we brought:) 1. Abyssal Observer and the Secret Laboratory Remember in the last episode, when the Beholder took advantage of the unfortunate Rose and returned the Devilgloves to its previous shape? My heart still aches when I think of Rose... The Beholder - now with the complete Devilgloves - is hiding in his secret laboratory, where he's planning another terrible deed. His hideout is sure to be full of powerful monsters and traps, but for a Savior who's made it this far, it won’t be a problem! The Beholder looks a little different from what we know. The two Devilgloves are giving it an even more powerful aura. It looks like we need to stop the Beholder before he does something more terrible! Abyssal Observer is a Goddess raid that where the Saviors must face the powerful Beholder. It is divided into Solo, Normal, and Hard, depending on the difficulty and how you want to participate, and is only available after you reach level 500. Be prepared for the Hard difficulty, as it awaits the Saviors with more powerful attacks and special skills. We hope you're ready for the challenge! 2. Max Level Expansion and New Goddess Equipment To take on tougher enemies, including a much stronger Abyssal Observer, you'll need even more powerful gears. ▶ Level 500 Expansion As some Saviors may have already noticed, we're excited to announce that character levels are expanding to 500. With this expansion comes access to higher-tier Aether Gems, Goddess Ichors, Evolution Stones, Arcanums, and more! ▶ New Goddess Equipment Of course, there are new weapons and armor to go along with level 500. New Goddess gear can be earned by succeeding [Lv. 480] gear with a +20 buff. Transmuted skills applied to [Lv. 480] equipment will be retained after Succession and by opening the socket of the new equipment with Goddess Token (Lada), previously used Color Gems, Aether Gems, and Skill Gems will be available for the new gear. Unfortunately, Evolution Stone effects do not carry over when succeeded, so be sure to keep that in mind! We'll also have more information on how the enhancement value of the new Goddess equipment will be after the succession: Equipment [Lv.480] Goddess [Lv.500] Goddess Enhancement Value 20 10 21 22 11 23 24 12 25 26 13 27 28 14 29 30 15 !!TIP: Equipment that succeeds a transmutation skill can progress through skill transmutation regardless of its enhancement level. 3. Blessing of Lada and Grace stat The new [Lv. 500] Goddess Gear (Armor) and [Lv. 500] Goddess Ichor is said to have special stats that have never been seen before. Let's take a look at the Lada and Grace stats that will make you even more powerful. ▶ Lada stat equipment <Introductory image / may differ from actual live application> Equipment with Lada stat carries a special effect called Blessing of Lada. It can be obtained by a very low chance from Challenge Mode - Division Singularity, Blockade Battle, and Goddess’ Grace. We've also heard that these special gears you'll find in Challenge Mode - Division Singularity content will have the same level of enhancement and part (ex; boots) as your current [Lv. 500] Goddess gear, so don’t worry about starting over from the bottom! !!TIP - Blessing of Lada stats will grant different types of stats for different parts of equipment. ▶ Goddess Ichor with Grace stats Savior, did you know that there is a hidden 5th stat for the Goddess Ichor? <Introductory image / may differ from actual live application> The Grace stat is a special stat granted to [Lv. 500] Advanced Goddess Ichor. Advanced Goddess Ichors with the Grace stat can be obtained with a low chance in Challenge Mode or when fragmenting the [Lv. 500] Goddess Ichor. The effect of the Grace stats is said to be amplified when more stats of the same name are gathered together. We can't wait to see the Saviors’ adventures with the powerful effects of the Grace stats! 4. Changes in the Growth Contents As levels expand and new equipment is added, some of the growth content is also changing. Let's take a look at what's coming! ▶ Challenge Mode Changed First, the difficulty of Challenge Mode will change from Lv. 480 to Lv. 500. The rewards in Challenge Mode will be changed to drop the new Goddess equipment enhancement materials and Advanced Ichors with the Grace stat. ▶ Challenge Mode: Division Singularity Reorganized In addition to the changes to Challenge Mode, Division Singularity content will be reorganized to include a new system called Trespass (working title). As you play Division Singularity, there's a chance that a powerful Follower monster will trespass the dungeon. Defeating these monsters and clearing the dungeon will reward you with items related to Jurate Seal. Also, if you complete the Division Singularity regardless of whether this follower monster is defeated or not, there is a chance that you may obtain equipment with the Blessing of Lada stat! We're also excited to announce that a new difficulty level, Division Singularity (EX), will be added to Challenge Mode. The Division Singularity (EX) difficulty is content that awaits the challenge of top-tier Saviors with its high difficulty and limited entry. You can expect increased rewards compared to normal difficulty, and more frequent trespass of the Follower monsters in Division Singularity (EX). If you're a top-tier Savior, why not take on the challenge? 5. Popo Boost Event In addition to all of these content updates, we have also prepared a growth support event for new and returning Saviors packed with lavish rewards. Participating in the Popo Boost event will earn you a variety of rewards based on your gear score, allowing you to follow the guide and adapt to the Tree of Savior. If you're a new/returning Savior, don’t miss this great opportunity! Of course, this event is also open to veteran Saviors as well. Why not take this opportunity to make a character in a class you've always had your eye on? These are just a taste of what's to come and we hope this brings up the Savior’s excitement for the next adventure. We've got a lot more coming up which wasn’t mentioned in today’s post - including Damage Effect Skins, Unknown Sanctuary 3F, Dreamy Forest raid, and a new Blockade boss - so stay tuned!
