Rainbow Trek (July '19)
Greetings, Saviors! It's time for some platforming action with the return of our Rainbow Trek event! Test out your reflexes and win fabulous prizes. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on July 2, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 30, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Head over to your nearest Event Notice Board to join in and select one of three destinations: Rainbow Klaipeda, Rainbow Orsha or Rainbow Fedimian. - In order to display all game elements correctly inside the event map, please turn on the ‘Show Other Character's Effects’ option under your Game Settings beforehand. STEP 2. When you arrive at your destination city, you have 60 minutes to follow the colorful steps all the way to the goal chest! - You can also use the teleportation devices inside the event map to go back to the corresponding save point. - Every event city contains 3 hidden reward boxes with that you can find along the way, but the big prizes are always at the end of the rainbow! See the Rewards section below for details. - Each city track can be played once per day, per team (total of 3 tracks per day, per team). Rewards 1) Hidden Rewards Find three of the following rewards along the way to the end of the rainbow! - Attribute Points: 100 x1 2) Goal Rewards Get all of these from the chest located at the end of each city rainbow! - Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) x1 - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) x1 - [Event] Rainbow Dust x3 3) Rainbow Dust Collect Rainbow Dust and exchange it at the Event Notice Board for the following items. - Rainbow Dust x10 = Attribute Points: 500 x1 (no limits) - Rainbow Dust x10 = Blessed Shard x1 (max. 10 per team) - Rainbow Dust x20 = Chess Timer Toy x1 (max. 1 per team) Important - Inside the event maps your character cannot attack nor use skills. - Movement speed inside the event maps is applied the same for every character (including mounted characters). - You can right-click the Rainbow Trek buff in the corresponding UI (upper left-hand corner) to exit the event map before the 60 minutes are up. - If you failed to reach the end of the rainbow, you can re-enter the same map and try again (on the same day). However, each reward can only be obtained once per day, per team. - Items with time limits (14 Days) are untradeable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. - [Event] Rainbow Dust can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - [Event] Rainbow Dust will be automatically deleted at the end of the event period.
[COMPLETE] Returning Savior Event: Homecoming Gift (Apr '18)
Greetings, Saviors! If you've been away from TOS for a while, make sure to login after the scheduled maintenance of April 3 to get your hands on some exclusive returning player goodies! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on April 3, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on May 2, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players who haven’t accessed their TOS account in 30 or more days How to Participate STEP 1. Log into your TOS account and retrieve the Homecoming Gift (14 Days) from the Message Box in your lodge. This item will be sent automatically to all eligible players. - A total of 1 Homecoming Gift will be sent to each eligible account. STEP 2. Open the Homecoming Gift from your character’s inventory to receive the following rewards: - Returning Savior's Book (14 Days) x5 [Grants all party members + 2000 maximum HP, + 1000 maximum SP, and +1 movement speed for 1 hour. Cooldown is 1 hour.] - Returning Savior's Potion (30 Days) x1 [Grants +500 physical attack and +500 magic attack for 1 hour when used. Can be used multiple times (is not consumed). Cooldown is 1 hour.] - x8 EXP Tome (14 Days) x2 - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 - Skill Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 - Stat Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 STEP 3. All players eligible for this event can also visit the Event Notice Board in Klaipeda to receive one Boost Pack (14 Days), regardless of Team Level or Character Level! - Click here to read the Rookie Savior Event announcement and see the prizes you can win with the Boost Pack. - The Boost Pack can be received only once per team. If you already got the Boost Pack from the Rookie Savior Event, you will not receive another one during the event period. Important - The edition of the Homecoming Gift announced here will be available to eligible accounts until May 2, 2018. After that, the Gift’s contents can be changed for future iterations of the event. - The Homecoming Gift is not transferable via Team Storage, so make sure to retrieve it with the correct character. Items received on the wrong character will not be exchanged or transferred. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory.

Simply log in to Tree of Savior to start collecting your Attribute Points. Here’s how much you can get for your total daily playtime. 1 HOUR = Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 2 HOURS = Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 3 HOURS = Attribute Points: 1,000 (14 Days) x1 STEP 2. Log-in to TOS every day during the event period and keep piling up the Attribute Points. You can collect all of the rewards above once per day, per team (resets at 00:00 server time). Important - Playtime is counted on a per-team basis, so you will continue to accumulate playtime even if you switch characters. - Playtime is NOT counted when you are in your Lodge. You must enter a game map in order for your playtime to start counting. - Rewards are automatically delivered to the character you are currently logged in with. - Attribute Points obtained from this event can be transferred via Team Storage.

Known Issues: November 24th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Server Lag Issue We have received reports of lag from our users after the last maintenance, mostly from [SEA] Telsiai server. 2) Certain Red Seeds Issue There have been certain bug reports regarding the red seeds and the event. We are investigating the issues. 3) Buffs Getting Removed When Changing Maps When a character player moves to a different location some buffs (Namely "Sacrement") getting removed. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
[UPDATE] [NA] Guild Territory Wars Beta Test
[Skip to the end of the announcement for the UPDATE.] Greetings, Saviors! As previously introduced through our dev blog and magazine, we’re preparing to launch a new kind of GvG play in TOS called the Guild Territory Wars, where you can battle rival guilds for areas of territory in selected fields. Since the Territory Wars are completely new content, before going live in all servers we will be opening a one-week beta testing period in [NA] Klaipeda in order to address possible issues and assess the players’ feedback in a more controlled environment. We chose [NA] Klaipeda because the server’s population and peak times facilitate our ability to apply live fixes when necessary, while still ensuring a good degree of participation. All guilds in [NA] Klaipeda are welcome to participate in as many sessions as they wish. If you are interested in joining the test, make sure to brush up on the rules of Territory Wars at our latest announcement and read the sections below to find out how you can contribute. Testing Schedule The Territory Wars test in [NA] Klaipeda will take place from the scheduled maintenance of April 17 to April 24, 2018. The Territory Wars sessions will open every day at EDT 22:00-23:00. Participation Rewards During the testing period in [NA] Klaipeda, the rewards for Guild Territory Wars will be different from those previously announced, as the content will not yet be released live in all servers. 1) Guilds that have participated at least once in a Territory Wars session during the test period: - [Event] Talt x300 (sent to Guild Storage) 2) Individual players that have participated at least once in a Territory Wars session during the test period: - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) x4 - Goddess Sculpture (14 Days) x5 - Jumbo Dumpling (14 Days) x10 3) Guilds who have their first victory in the Territory Wars during the test period: - Recipe - Raid Portal Stone x10 (untradable, must be retrieved by a guild member at the Event Notice Board before the next Territory Wars session) 4) Daily attendance reward for individual players (received every day that you participate in at least one Territory Wars session): - Emergency Repair Kit x10 (untradable) 5) Five-day attendance reward for individual players (received after you participate in at least one session per day for five days): - Territory Wars Tester Armband (30 Days) x1 - Emergency Repair Kit x30 (untradable) These rewards will be sent during the testing period as soon as the requirements for the corresponding reward are met, via your Message Box (except for guild rewards). Remember that timed items are untradable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. Feedback & Bonus Rewards Players participating in the Territory Wars test period are invited to leave their feedback about the new content through either our official forums or the Territory Wars survey linked below. Only [NA] Klaipeda teams are eligible for feedback rewards. These will be sent after the end of the testing period (TBA) via Message Box. Teams eligible for feedback rewards will be individually selected by the Staff according to the conditions mentioned above. Remember that timed items are untradable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. [UPDATE] GTW Restrictions In general, the same restrictions are applied to Team Battle League and Territory Wars (including the reduced damage between players, skill restrictions, etc.). However, there are a few exceptions, as follows: 1) Consumables - Soul Crystals and Warp Scrolls cannot be used in GTW. - Skill scrolls can be used, but not within the perimeter of the Tower (the “Spot”). 2) Skills - The following skills/attributes apply the same as in TBL: Heal, Ein Sof, Ein Sof: Stacked Healing, Cloaking, Sleep, Iron Hook, Stop. - Summon Guild Member can be used in GTW outside of the Spot (perimeter of the Tower). - All other skills apply they normally would (without the restrictions of TBL). 3) Equipment - Weapon and armor transcendence/enhancement values are not restricted in GTW.
