[UPDATE] Known Issues: Jan 15, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently come to our attention. [FIXED] Event Notice Board missing from city maps. [FIXED] Occasional UI "No Data" and miscellaneous translation errors. [FIXED] Players unable to purchase the Goddess' Blessed Cube at the Beauty Shop. [FIXED] Market use unavailable in [SEA] Telsiai. [FIXED] Guild Promotion board missing from UI. [FIXED] Inventory errors caused by the [Event] Wind Runner item. [FIXED] Issue where Squire Repair Shops could not be used. [FIXED] Incorrect equipment restriction for some items. [FIXED] Incorrect damage increase for Lightning Hands While the above issues have been resolved, we are aware of the following issue that still remains: Players who have not yet been restored their items that have been discarded while equipping gems Please contact us via the tickets with the following information and we will process your requests ASAP. 1) Server 2) Team Name 3) Character Name 4) Approximate time/date item was discarded 5) Name of discarded item Important - Restored items can be found in your character's market retrieve tab. - Timed items that were discarded will not be restored - Consumables that were discarded will not be restored - Other miscellaneous items will not be restored Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Returning Savior Event: Homecoming Gift (Jun '18)
Greetings, Saviors! If you've been away from TOS for a while, make sure to login after the scheduled maintenance of May 29 to get your hands on some exclusive returning player goodies! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on May 29, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on June 26, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players who haven’t accessed their TOS account in 30 or more days How to Participate STEP 1. Log into your TOS account and retrieve the Homecoming Gift (14 Days) from the Message Box in your lodge. This item will be sent automatically to all eligible players. - A total of 1 Homecoming Gift will be sent to each eligible account. STEP 2. Open the Homecoming Gift from your character’s inventory to receive the following rewards: - Returning Savior's Book (14 Days) x5 [Grants all party members + 2000 maximum HP, + 1000 maximum SP, and +1 movement speed for 1 hour. Cooldown is 1 hour.] - Returning Savior's Potion (30 Days) x1 [Grants +500 physical attack and +500 magic attack for 1 hour when used. Can be used multiple times (is not consumed). Cooldown is 1 hour.] - x8 EXP Tome (14 Days) x2 - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 - Skill Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 - Stat Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 STEP 3. All players eligible for this event can also visit the Event Notice Board in Klaipeda to receive one Boost Pack (14 Days), regardless of Team Level or Character Level! - Click here to read the Rookie Savior Event announcement and see the prizes you can win with the Boost Pack. - The Boost Pack can be received only once per team. If you already got the Boost Pack from the Rookie Savior Event, you will not receive another one during the event period. Important - The edition of the Homecoming Gift announced here will be available to eligible accounts until June 26, 2018. After that, the Gift’s contents can be changed for future iterations of the event. - The Homecoming Gift is not transferable via Team Storage, so make sure to retrieve it with the correct character. Items received on the wrong character will not be exchanged or transferred. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory.

Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. At the moment, issues involving client crashes or shutdowns are our number one priority. GENERAL 1) Client Crash When Using Certain Skills Scout - Flare Shot Murmillo - Cassis Crista Plague Doctor - Mask Sadhu - Out of Body Bokor - Effigy * Please, let us know of more details and if the issue occurs with other skills as well. We are currently in the process of fixing the issue. 2) VGA Graphic Error Crash Issue The game shutting down with a VGA Graphic error message. 3) Chat Bug Being only able to see normal chats. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster. * Please, try uninstalling add-ons for the game and see if the game runs without the issue. If that is not the case, please, let us know.
Return to the Cursed Shore
Greetings, Saviors! In an attempt to purify a sacred coast, one unknown wizard’s tragic experiment has created a cursed territory filled with some of the Kingdom’s most powerful monsters. Now, groups of adventurers from around the nation are flocking to the Cursed Shore to loot the creatures and defeat the source of their evil energy: the elusive Cursed Stone Whale. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on September 17, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on October 1, 2018 Who Can Participate - Characters of level 350 and above How to Participate STEP 1. Find the Eerie Waterfall near the Blacksmith NPC in the city of Klaipeda. That’s the entrance to the Cursed Shore. STEP 2. At the Shore, defeat the cursed monsters for a chance to get Attribute Points. NOTE: Each monster will only drop its reward to the party members of the player that dealt the most damage to it. This means that, even if multiple parties are attacking the same monster, only one party will receive its rewards when it is defeated. STEP 2. Defeating the monsters at the Cursed Shore also gives you the chance to obtain their Cursed Spirit, which you can use to access the sacred location of the Cursed Shore Altar. Simply show your Cursed Spirit to the Dispatched Soldier NPC to enter. STEP 3. The Cursed Shore Altar can be activated with a Cursed Spirit every two hours for a period of 30 minutes (starting at 00:00-00:30, server time). The player who activates the Altar receives Attribute Points: 1,000 and releases the Cursed Stone Whale that inhabits it. STEP 4. Join forces with nearby players to defeat the Cursed Stone Whale. After the monster is defeated, it drops one of the following rewards for each player within its range. - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (14 Days) - Silver Anvil (14 Days) - Golden Anvil (14 Days) - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) - Attribute Points: 500 - Attribute Points: 1,000 - 5-Star Gem Abrasive (14 Days) - Challenge Portal Scroll (14 Days) NOTE: Items dropped by the Cursed Stone Whale can be picked up by any player. The monster simply drops a number of items equal to the number of players within its range. This means you may receive multiple or no rewards after defeating the Whale. For instance, if there are 3 players near the Whale, it will drop 3 items (two Anvils and one Scroll, for example), which anyone can pick up. STEP 5. You can also use the Cursed Spirit item from your inventory to receive a 10-minute buff of movement speed +2, physical attack +50 and magic attack +50. Important - Timed items (“14 Days”) are untradeable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. - Activating the Cursed Shore Altar consumes one Cursed Spirit. Simply showing a Cursed Spirit to the Dispatched Soldier NPC in order to enter the Altar region does not consume the Spirit. - Only one Cursed Stone Whale can be released in each time slot. - If left undefeated, the Cursed Stone Whale will automatically disappear one hour after it is released
