Greetings, Saviors.
The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. At the moment, issues involving client crashes or shutdowns are our number one priority.
GENERAL
1) Client Crash When Using Certain Skills
Scout - Flare Shot
Murmillo - Cassis Crista
Plague Doctor - Mask
Sadhu - Out of Body
Bokor - Effigy
* Please, let us know of more details and if the issue occurs with other skills as well. We are currently in the process of fixing the issue.
2) VGA Graphic Error Crash Issue
The game shutting down with a VGA Graphic error message.
3) Chat Bug
Being only able to see normal chats.
Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
* Please, try uninstalling add-ons for the game and see if the game runs without the issue. If that is not the case, please, let us know.
