[Guild Delete Exploit] Now Accepting Guild Restore Requests
Greetings, Saviors. We recently fixed an exploit in the game that allowed players to disband their guilds without becoming the guild master (more details here). As a result, several guilds have reportedly been deleted unintentionally. We are planning to restore all guilds disbanded through this exploit during our next scheduled maintenance on May 24, 2016, and will now start accepting requests via Support ticket. Guild masters of guilds affected by the exploit may send in their requests via Support ticket (Type: Etc) until [EDT] Sunday, May 22, 2016, at 11:59 PM. Before you send in your request, make sure you read and understand the conditions below: - Only guild masters may submit a restore request for their guild - Requests must be submitted via Support ticket (Type: Etc) - We will accept requests submitted until [EDT] Sunday, May 22, 2016, at 11:59 PM How to submit your request via Support ticket (only submit if you are the guild master): 1) Go to the Support Page on our official website 2) If you haven't, verify your Steam account 3) Click on Submit Ticket 4) Select Type: Etc, then enter your information on the fields shown 5) Enter the following in Title: -GUILD RESTORE- YOUR GUILD NAME 6) In Description, enter the following information - Server: - Guild name: - Guild master character's name: - Approx. date and time guild was deleted (EDT): Let us know if you run into trouble when submitting your request. Greetings Saviors, We have a special Kupole waiting to talk with you every day when you are in town. Take a break and check in with this Kupole to receive some boosting experience buffs. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance of November 13, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance of December 11, 2018 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. For the duration of the event period, you will see a curious Kupole hanging around town. It looks like she's taking notes....Why not take a second to talk with her? STEP 2. After talking with the Kupole, you will receive a very special buff. The effects of this buff will differ depending on the number of days you log into the game. STEP 3. Each day you log into the game and talk with the Kupole, she will register the number of days and will grant you a buff accordingly. Make sure you talk with her! - Keep in mind that the effects of the buff differ according to the number of days you speak with the event Kupole. - If you break your consecutive streak, you will have to start over from Day 1. Buffs Day 1: Nothing...sorry you're just getting started and the Kupole wants to see if you'll come again. [UPDATED2] Known Issues: April 7th, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and they are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Exploration Map Showing 0% Completion [ONGOING] -After pressing the "N" button to view the world map, regions appear as though they are unexplored. We are continually working on rectifying this issue. 2) Incorrect Cooldown Times in [EU] Fedimian -Players have been experiencing incorrect cooldown times after using certain items in the [EU] Fedimian server. 3) Attribute Learning Stuck at 1 Minute -Attribute learning appearing to be stuck at 1 minute for non-Token users. 4) VGA Error -Players receiving a VGA Error that causes the game to crash in certain situations. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working very hard to fix it. Please continue to send us your tickets but make sure to include specifics such as: computer system and time of error occurrence. The more specific the better so that we may resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you. 5) Instant Dungeons Not Resetting -We are receiving reports of Instance entry counts not being reset and we are looking into the issue. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
