【Tree of Savior Terms of Service Policy Revision】 ✅ Effective Date - August 11, 2025 (Mon) ✅ Key Changes 1. Penalty levels for Automated Behavior Detection (Standard) will be adjusted - Previous: Warning → 15 days → 30 days → 90 days → Permanent - Revised: 15 days → 30 days → Permanent 2. Added policy regarding Linked Accounts Involved in Violations 3. Added detailed Account Restriction Policy and Penalty Table (same standards as existing ones) ✅ Detailed Changes Account Restriction Policy: 1. Penalties are applied based on the type of violation and the number of offenses. In some cases, lighter penalties may be issued. 2. Any unjust gains from violating the policy may be revoked. If 100% recovery isn't possible, additional sanctions may apply. 3. If repeated violations are detected from the same system environment (IP, PC, etc.), related accounts may be treated as one and restricted accordingly. 4. Even if an account did not directly commit a violation, involvement with such actions may result in penalties equal to the offending account. 5. Accounts linked to previously penalized accounts may face the same penalty severity as the original account. gameplay direction ⑤ Exploiting game systems to disrupt game balance ⑥ Aid and abet players who abuse bugs or glitches ※ Any other behaviors that disrupt normal gameplay Gameplay Disruption (Severe) 90 Days 180 Days Permanent ① Impersonating GMs or staff to obtain information or resources ② Spreading false information not released by GMs/company ③ Modifying and distributing official information (notices, GM replies, etc.) ④ Intentionally disrupting the game economy ⑤ Conduct that violates public decency, terms of service, or applicable laws ※ Any other malicious and deliberate acts Gaining unintended rewards through bugs ② Continuing to exploit bugs despite official announcements ③ Using bugs to negatively affect other users or the game economy ④ Assisting or facilitating others Use of software that disrupts fair gameplay ③ Coordinated anti-cheat bypass through multiple accounts ④ Mass bot activity from similar IPs or devices ⑤ Farming and profit attempts through automation ⑥ Involvement in transferring bot-obtained assets ⑦ Ongoing abnormal behavior from related environments ※ Any other behaviors that disrupt other players' gameplay and suspected abnormal accounts that use similar IPs or devices Account or Payment Fraud Permanent ① Creating accounts or transactions with another user's information ② Unauthorized access to another user’s account ③ Causing harm through Vice Guild Master Term Extension & End Notice ~ 08.29
Hello, Saviors! We are announcing the extension of the term for some Vice Guild Masters, who have been dedicated supporters of beginning Saviors through the TOS Support Guild. The original term for Global Server Vice Guild Masters was set to end on Friday, July 18, but to align with the W Server's term and ensure more stable support, the term for some of the active Vice Guild Masters has been extended until Friday, August 29. Vice Guild Masters serving for extended term were selected based on the following criteria: - Activity level – Contributions made through active support within the guild - Length of service – Priority given to those who had fewer opportunities as VGMs - Willingness to continue – Willing to maintain the current position Based on these criteria, the following Saviors have been chosen to continue serving as Vice Guild Masters from Saturday, July 19 to Friday, August 29: - Zachariel Server: Alpha‑Lazarus, angeLofdeath, Atreyus - W Server: 4lkruzeth Vice Guild Masters not listed above will complete their term on Friday, July 18. We sincerely thank all Vice Guild Masters for their dedication and efforts, and we look forward to the continued support of our extended-term Vice Guild Masters in helping new Saviors grow stronger.
Patch without Maintenance: July 17, 2025
Greetings Savior, On July 17, 2025, a patch went live on KST 15:57 due to the following changes: - Skill factor of some of the skill tooltip is displayed as 0%. - Summer Festa event buff is being stacked - Fishing count of [Event] Octopus tentacle bait and regular bait are shared - Unable to enter Blockade Battle and Guild Contents Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above.
