Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.
Accounts Banned for Abuse (April 19th, 2016)
Hello, Saviors. We've identified and permanently blocked 1,394 bot accounts in the order from the most frequently reported. Additional 1,678 accounts that have manipulated the game client for exploiting purposes have also been banned. If you feel you have been wrongly banned, please report your case to us through the support page. Your reports will be used as important data for us. We do believe these bots are a major issue and will continue to do our best until the problem is solved. Preview: Tree of Savior W Release and Integration of Region
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that [Tree of Saviors W] will open on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, where Saviors playing Tree of Saviors in various regions will be united on one server to enjoy new encounters, adventures, challenges, and competition. [Tree of Saviors W] will bring together Saviors from all of Asia, including Korea and Japan, which will allow everyone who has been playing in their respective regions to be able to meet and make memories together across languages and cultures. Saviors from your favorite guilds and regions will be able to find new goals to work towards, while those who aren't tied to a guild or region will be able to create their own unique groupings. No new installations or changes are required to enjoy [Tree of Saviors W]. You'll be able to access [Tree of Saviors W] by running your existing client in each region via the STEAM platform, and Saviors in each region will meet on one and the same server. Tree of Saviors W will also add live chat translation, and you'll be able to choose which language is displayed in the client. The opening of [Tree of Savior W] will be accompanied by a variety of events. In particular, special rewards will be awarded for the first Guild Territory War after the integration. The following flag rewards will be awarded to Guilds that capture the Champions League areas: 'Genar Field', 'Aqueduct Bridge Area', and 'Baron Allerno'. Flags can be imprinted with text and images of your choosing. [Guild Territory War Championship] "Win the Champions League!" ※ The details of the event will be notified in the future announcement. [Tree of Savior W] integrations are guided by the following policies: ‘Tree of Savior W’ Policy - Date: Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023 - Target: [KOR] Laima server, [JPN] Medeina server, [Global] Telsiai server - Server Name: W server Category Major Integration Policies If you only have a team on 1 server # The team is transferred without changes except for the reset categories If you have teams on more than one server # Only the information from one team, selected based on the criteria below, will be transferred, and no other team's information will be transferred. (The following criteria will be applied to determine which teams are transferred) 1. Team with more premium TPs 2. Team with higher team levels (experience) 3. Team with more characters created 4. Team with later team creation dates # Premium TPs are transferred to the final team after all teams' information is summed. - They are also transferred if they were converted to points using TP-packaged items. # For further activation of teams not selected by the above criteria, you will need to apply by creating a new STEAM account. - The details of the procedure will be announced in a separate announcement in the future. Guild # General Guild - If the Guild Master's team is transferred, the guild will also be transferred and any guild members not transferred will be removed from the guild. - If the Guild Master's team is not transferred, the guild will be disbanded and the guild members will be changed to a guildless status. - If there are two guilds with the same guild name, the later created guild will be renamed to "Guildname_1" and will receive a “Guild Name Change Voucher”. # TOS Support Guild - If your team is a member of a TOS Support Guild, it will be transferred to the TOS Support Guild on the Laima server. - The Guild Master/general guild member's rank and privileges are retained. # Not in a guild - If the team being transferred is not in a guild, it will be transferred as a guildless status. ※ Premium TPs are paid products, excluding free/event TPs. ※ Data related to teams/characters/companions deleted before the integration will be unrecoverable after the integration. Blocked Users in [SEA] Servers and Bot Classifier Update
Greetings, Saviors. Due to a recent lapse in our Bot Classifier, a number of players were mistakenly deemed bot users and had their accounts blocked as a result. Some of Players mistakenly received due to my mistake and we retrieved all of items without them So sorry for inconvenience of this issue. We would like to announce that these accounts have now been unblocked and that their corresponding teams have been compensated with the following items: - 15-Day Event Token (untradable) - EXP Tome x4 - Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x4 Below is the list of accounts affected. [SEA] Telsiai xY*** To*** ZkyWal*** Crystal*** Windbo*** Windschna*** About RII and the Bot Classifier As you may know, we make use of our Bot Classifier for finding bot users and examining bot reports, partly by taking into account the RII of other players (see our Dev Blog post here for details). Until now, using the RII of the reporting players has helped signal the offending users to the Bot Classifier, giving us a clue as to which users are more likely to be bot accounts. This high reliance on RII, however, has caused some innocent players to be considered as bot users as well. For this reason, we have decided to slightly change how reported cases are handled. The reporting players’ RII will still count towards the probability of the reported user being a bot, and will signal to the Bot Classifier which accounts are more likely to be using them. However, the RII of the reporting users will no longer influence our decision when determining whether the reported accounts are using bots or not, and they will be judged solely on their in-game behavior and other Bot Classifier criteria. Finally, to players whose access to the game is being denied, if you find that your account has been unfairly blocked, make sure to send us a ticket through our Support page so we may reevaluate your case. Greetings, Saviors! A lovely couple is preparing for their dream wedding in the Summer. Help deliver the invitations to all the guests and win your own wedding outfit, and as much as 45 combat-boosting Party Firecrackers! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 13, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 4, 2017 Who Can Participate - Characters of level 50 and above How to Participate STEP 1. Visit the Wedding Planner NPC in the cities of Orsha or Klaipeda to receive one Invitation. You can receive up to one Invitation per team, per day. STEP 2. After receiving the Invitation, deliver it to the guest to whom it is addressed. There will be 15 different guest NPCs located outside of the cities of Klaipeda and Orsha waiting for their invitation. STEP 3. The Invitation will have a counter of 3 minutes. Deliver it within the time limit to the addressed NPC to win 3 Party Firecrackers (14 Days). But don't worry; even if you miss the time limit, the NPC will thank you with 1 Party Firecracker (14 Days). - Party Firecracker (14 Days) effects: 1 hour of movement speed +2 and EXP gains +50% for all party members (non-stackable). STEP 4. Return to a Wedding Planner NPC in town the next day to repeat the mission! - You can only hold a maximum of one Invitation in your inventory at all times. - You may be asked to deliver an invitation to the same NPC more than once. STEP 5. Deliver a total of 15 Invitations to their respective NPCs and receive an Event Wedding Costume Box from one of the Wedding Planners. The Box will contain one Wedding Costume (Bridesmaid or Best Man) for your character! Important - The Event Wedding Costume Box cannot be traded in shops, the Market or 1:1 to other players (the Best Man and Bridesmaid costumes obtained from the Box are tradable, but not in NPC shops). - The Event Wedding Costume Box will drop a costume corresponding to the gender of the character that opens it. - You can check your remaining daily invitations through the Wedding Planner NPCs.

Returning Savior Event: Homecoming Gift (Dec '18)
Greetings, Saviors! If you've been away from TOS for a while, make sure to login now and get your hands on some exclusive returning player goodies! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on December 4, 2018 - Event period renewed during the scheduled maintenance every 4 weeks. Who Can Participate - Players who haven’t accessed their TOS account in 30 or more days How to Participate STEP 1. Log into your TOS account and retrieve the Homecoming Gift (14 Days) from the Message Box in your lodge. This item will be sent automatically to all eligible players. - A total of 1 Homecoming Gift will be sent to each eligible account. STEP 2. Open the Homecoming Gift from your character’s inventory to receive the following rewards: - Returning Savior's Book (14 Days) x5 [Grants all party members + 2000 maximum HP, + 1000 maximum SP, and +1 movement speed for 1 hour. Cooldown is 1 hour.] - Returning Savior's Potion (30 Days) x1 [Grants +500 physical attack and +500 magic attack for 1 hour when used. Can be used multiple times (is not consumed). Cooldown is 1 hour.] - x8 EXP Tome (14 Days) x2 - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 - Skill Reset Potion (14 Days) x1 STEP 3. All players eligible for this event can also visit the Event Notice Board in Klaipeda to receive one Boost Pack (14 Days), regardless of Team Level or Character Level! - Click here to read the Rookie Savior Event announcement and see the prizes you can win with the Boost Pack. - The Boost Pack can be received only once per team. If you already got the Boost Pack from the Rookie Savior Event, you will not receive another one during the event period. Important - The edition of the Homecoming Gift announced here will be available to eligible accounts during the event period. The Gift’s contents can be changed for future iterations of the event. - The Homecoming Gift is not transferable via Team Storage, so make sure to retrieve it with the correct character. Items received on the wrong character will not be exchanged or transferred. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory.
