[UPDATE] Patch without Maintenance: November 03, 2023
Greetings Savior, On November 3, 2023, a patch went live on KST 11:34 to fix the following: - When making pumpkin stew, entering more ingredients than you can actually make will still brew it but not give the actual results. - The issue that an incorrect event status board pops up when typing the event command A patch went live on KST 18:23 to fix the following: - [W only] The issue that ‘Seal of Space’ is not given to characters participating in the Popo Boost event. Please restart the game for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.

Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The tooltip for the Mount Voucher - Zebra obtained from the Leticia's Secret Cube is being displayed incorrectly. The tooltip will be corrected during the upcoming maintenance. Please note that the actual effect is functioning correctly as described below. Mount Voucher - Zebra effect: HP +10,000, Physical/Magic Crit ATK +400 We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Reward Compensation
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to address an issue regarding the Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Rewards. The item [Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A] was intended to be distributed as part of next week's Ranking Reward. However, Saviors who received their ranking rewards after the February 18 Maintenance have already received this item for the previous week’s ranking rewards. To clarify: - If you received the reward after the maintenance, it will not be retrieved. - If you received the ranking reward before the maintenance, we will send out the rewards during next week's maintenance. - Missing Kupole Vouchers from the Weekly Boss Raid Damage Reward will also be compensated on next week's maintenance.
