Greetings, Saviors!We would like to announce the details of our weekly maintenance for (May 06, 2026). Make sure to check below for the maintenance schedule and patch notes.Please note that other issues and bugs are also being worked on even if they are not mentioned below.
Patch Without Maintenance: March 26, 2025
Greetings Savior, On March 26, 2025, a patch went live on KST 11:45 due to the following changes: - Adjusting channels from 2 to 4 on the following maps.: Cranto Coast, Fasika Plateau, Galeed Plateau (W Only) Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.
Known Issue: March 8, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Cannot receive basic rewards of Blockade : Boruta, Giltine, Baubas We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. This issue will be fixed during the temporary maintenance on March 8, 2023. Basic rewards of Blockade will be sent to the Guild Storage during the next week's maintenance on March 14, 2023. From week 136, Guild that have not received rewards of Blockade can receive the rewards. Please refrain from doing Blockade until this issue is fixed. Temporary Maintenance: July 26, 2022
Greetings, Saviors! We will conduct temporary maintenance on Telsiai (SEA) and Silute (SA) servers to fix the following issues: 1. Effect that decreases the Cooldown of [Cyan Gem - Demonic Sword of the Giant] is not fixed. 2. Graphic of the item dropped in the field and the actual item does not match for some users. 3. Ocean Depths Packages can not be purchased on SEA server. [Maintenance Period] [EST] 21:00 ~ 21:30 (July 26, 2022) [SGT] 10:00 ~ 10:30 (July 27, 2022) [BRT] 23:00 ~ 23:30 (July 26, 2022) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within 2 weeks. We will conduct temporary maintenance on W server due to the following issue: - Winged Hussar's buff stack rises above 1 when obtaining Vigor of Battlefield [Maintenance Period] [KST] 16:00 to 16:30 (February 14, 2024) [SGT] 15:00 to 15:30 (February 14, 2024) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Known Issue: February 25, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Ledania's Lure debuff does not increase the damage of the characters. - Ledania's Beeswax cannot be removed. - Sledger's Skill: Heavy Smashing casting speed appears slower than intended after using a specific skill. Vice Guild Master Term Extension & End Notice ~ 08.29
Hello, Saviors! We are announcing the extension of the term for some Vice Guild Masters, who have been dedicated supporters of beginning Saviors through the TOS Support Guild. The original term for Global Server Vice Guild Masters was set to end on Friday, July 18, but to align with the W Server's term and ensure more stable support, the term for some of the active Vice Guild Masters has been extended until Friday, August 29. Vice Guild Masters serving for extended term were selected based on the following criteria: - Activity level – Contributions made through active support within the guild - Length of service – Priority given to those who had fewer opportunities as VGMs - Willingness to continue – Willing to maintain the current position Based on these criteria, the following Saviors have been chosen to continue serving as Vice Guild Masters from Saturday, July 19 to Friday, August 29: - Zachariel Server: Alpha‑Lazarus, angeLofdeath, Atreyus - W Server: 4lkruzeth Vice Guild Masters not listed above will complete their term on Friday, July 18. We sincerely thank all Vice Guild Masters for their dedication and efforts, and we look forward to the continued support of our extended-term Vice Guild Masters in helping new Saviors grow stronger.
