Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Complete] Cannot play Auto Match contents in [SEA] Telsiai. - Salvia Forest cannot be seized during GTW in [SEA] Telsiai. ▶ The issue will be fixed during the maintenance on August 2nd, so you'll be able to seize the area for this week normally. Twice the amount of tax will be given to the guild that seizes Salvia Forest on August 7th. (The additional amount of tax will be given manually in the form of GTW Coin during the scheduled maintenance on August 16 to the Guild Storage) We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Reward Compensation
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to address an issue regarding the Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Rewards. The item [Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A] was intended to be distributed as part of next week's Ranking Reward. However, Saviors who received their ranking rewards after the February 18 Maintenance have already received this item for the previous week’s ranking rewards. To clarify: - If you received the reward after the maintenance, it will not be retrieved. - If you received the ranking reward before the maintenance, we will send out the rewards during next week's maintenance. - Missing Kupole Vouchers from the Weekly Boss Raid Damage Reward will also be compensated on next week's maintenance.
