Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - When making pumpkin stew, entering more ingredients than you can actually make will still brew it but not give the actual results. Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Reward Compensation
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to address an issue regarding the Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Rewards. The item [Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A] was intended to be distributed as part of next week's Ranking Reward. However, Saviors who received their ranking rewards after the February 18 Maintenance have already received this item for the previous week’s ranking rewards. To clarify: - If you received the reward after the maintenance, it will not be retrieved. - If you received the ranking reward before the maintenance, we will send out the rewards during next week's maintenance. - Missing Kupole Vouchers from the Weekly Boss Raid Damage Reward will also be compensated on next week's maintenance.
Patch Without Maintenance: February 19, 2025
Greetings Savior, On February 19, 2025, a patch went live on KST 19:06 due to the following changes: - When opening Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A, you will intermittently receive a Jurate Cube reward instead. - Please send us a ticket if you received the Jurate Cube reward, and we will retrieve the obtained items and grant a Jurate's Blessed Random Cube as a compensation. Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.
