Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Reward Compensation
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to address an issue regarding the Weekly Boss Raid and Remnant of Bernice Ranking Rewards. The item [Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A] was intended to be distributed as part of next week's Ranking Reward. However, Saviors who received their ranking rewards after the February 18 Maintenance have already received this item for the previous week’s ranking rewards. To clarify: - If you received the reward after the maintenance, it will not be retrieved. - If you received the ranking reward before the maintenance, we will send out the rewards during next week's maintenance. - Missing Kupole Vouchers from the Weekly Boss Raid Damage Reward will also be compensated on next week's maintenance.
