Known Issues: June 07, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and they are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved.   1) Lag and intermittent disconnection issue - We're currently facing lag and intermittent disconnection issue on server, we keep checking and verifying the logs to find out the root cause, Server unstable issue is one of our highest priority problems and will fix it as soon as possible   2) Goddess Lada's Present DLC item doesn't open properly. - The Lada's DLC problem will be fixed on coming maintenance Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Greetings, Saviors! In order for players to get back into the game as soon as possible, we have unlocked the following accounts as we have finished investigating and processing them. This includes items crafted using one or more affected material items and gems enhanced using one or more affected items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that there was no serious offense committed. We will proceed to analyze and release more accounts as the investigations continue, after which we will be processing related tickets. Details about this step will be announced separately. Compensation has been sent to the accounts released today, according to the total duration of their suspension. Special compensation will be provided after the investigation of all accounts is complete. Currently, our investigation is focused on analyzing cases in which the items in question have been circulated, i.e. transferred from the character that first obtained them to another character or companion within the team. Cases in which the items are no longer contained within the team of the character that first obtained them (if they were moved via the Market or personal trade to another account), will take longer to process, particularly in accounts with a large number of items circulated. We'll continue to work towards releasing the remaining accounts and allowing players to return to the game as soon as we can. Thank you.

Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 7, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. We will soon carry out a short maintenance in all servers in order to address some of these current issues: 1. Steps to 100 Event boxes and EXP cards obtained from Letitia Cubes not appearing.  2. Fortune Cookies not working properly.    The temporary maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 07:00 to 08:00 [BRT] 08:00 to 09:00 [CT] 06:00 to 07:00 [SGT] 19:00 to 20:00   We will update this announcement once maintenance is complete.  Thank you for understanding.

[NA] Klaipeda and [SA]: An Update on Account Restrictions and Item Seizures

Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be unblocking the first batch of players while offering our sincere apologies to the players who were unable to play the game due to the temporary restrictions. Upon investigating, we had discovered that there were some players that had already crafted, sold, traded or otherwise removed the problematic items from their inventory which made it harder for us to retrieve them. As a result, we have decided to split the accounts into the following three categories in order to allow the most players to get back into the game as soon as possible. These categories are as follows:  A.  Game access allowed, problematic items retrieved, no restrictions, compensation given.  In this category, the majority of accounts that have items that need to be retrieved will be done through the upcoming temporary maintenance. These 1195 accounts will have the irregular items retrieved and special compensation given during this time.  The items have been retrieved on an account-wide basis. This means that items may have been retrieved from not only the character that obtained it but other characters, companions and your team storage as well, if the character in question did not have the required numbers. The same retrieval process has been applied to the other groups as well. B. Game access allowed, some problematic items retrieved, market & trading restrictions, compensation after full investigation. In this category, users that have more than half of the irregular items in their inventory will have them collected and others that have either consumed or modified the items but still have them in their accounts will have their accounts unlocked and compensation will be given based on the length of time their account was locked. However, these 234 accounts will face in-game trade restrictions.  Until all items have been collected, these restricted accounts will be unable to trade in the Market (buy or sell) or trade individually.  Once processing is complete, and no issues have been found, these accounts will later receive the same special compensation as group A. The date of which will be announced through another announcement.  However, if these accounts prove to be problematic, they may face further restrictions.  Please Note: These accounts mentioned above may have certain items seized for investigation as they may have been used in conjunction with other items in crafting, Gem enhancement etc. While they will not be usable in-game for the time being, please rest assured that they will be returned after the investigation is over. However, please be aware that they may be returned to their earlier states depending on our findings. Also, please refrain from using or consuming the problematic items as this will extend the time needed for us to investigate and clear these accounts.  We have alerted these specific users through GM message.  C. Game access restricted, problematic items under investigation, compensation after full investigation. After a detailed investigation into accounts which had more than half of the times that require retrieval or placed a considerable amount in the Market, we have decided that these 213 users have possibly abused the system and their accounts will continue to be locked. As of now, we are still investigating the effect these users’ actions had on the market and as such a full investigation will take some time. Depending on the result further restrictions may be placed.  If, after our investigation, these accounts have not abused the system, compensation will be given and the affected account will be unlocked. However, once again, depending on the seriousness of the abuse these accounts will be permanently banned.   We expect to complete this process within a week. Once again we would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to our Saviors and we will work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

[UPDATE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - [NA]Klaipeda, [NA]Orsha and [SA]Silute

The temporary maintenance for the [SA]Silute server will be extended for 1 hour due to technical difficulties.   Our apologies for the inconvenience.      Greetings Saviors,   We will soon carry out a short maintenance on the [NA]Klaipeda, [NA]Orsha and [SA]Silute servers in order to lift the temporary restrictions on accounts levied due obtaining items with abnormal DPK values. There will be another announcement shortly containing more details on this issue.   This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period:   [EDT] 09:30 to 10:30 [BRT] 10:30 to 11:30   We will update this announcement once the maintenance is completed.   Thank you for your understanding.

  Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g.  Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased on November of '16), B (purchased on January of '17) and C (purchased on May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.

[UPDATE] Preliminary Announcement Regarding Current Account Restrictions

Greetings, Saviors. Due to the irregular DPK issue, we would like to make a further announcement about the current temporary account lock and our ongoing investigation. First, we would like to remind all users who are unable to access the server that their accounts have not been banned. We have temporarily locked accounts in order to complete follow-up procedures that may take some time. This involves checking and retrieving the items that were acquired through irregular DPK. With about 1,642 accounts affected and the number of items that need to be retrieved, it will take us a considerable amount of time to complete our procedures. However, we realize the inconvenience this has caused to the affected players and we are working very hard to complete the process as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can to complete our investigation by Monday. Once we have retrieved the items we will revert the affected accounts back to normal and, as a form of apology, we will compensate affected users for the inconvenience. Compensation Due to users being unable to enter the game because of the time it takes for us to process these irregular items, as a show of apology we would like to compensate these players with the following items: (1) [Event] Token: 30 Days x1 (2) Letitia's Secret Cube 10+1   x1 (3) Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x20 (4) Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x10 (5) Earth Tower Entry Voucher (14 Days) x10 Furthermore, the following compensation will be provided to accounts which have been preventively suspended and unable to login to the game: - 3 hours of Token time extension per every hour of suspension - Multiply Token x1 per every hour of suspension - Instanced One Entry Voucher x1 per every 2 hours of suspension [NOTE] Players whose accounts are considered to have abused the issue will NOT be receiving compensation. Criteria for Ban - Accounts which have obtained large amounts of the irregular DPK items, but have kept those items within the team by crafting them, modifying them or otherwise utilizing them, will not be subject to further restrictions. The items in question and subsequent products, however, will be seized. - Accounts which have circulated the obtained DPK irregular items through the Market or personal trade will be subject to restrictions. - We will release another announcement specifying the different types of restriction to be applied and the list of restricted accounts.

Additional Items Seized and Accounts Temporarily Suspended For Investigation

Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that the investigation and processing of all accounts involved in the recent DPK errors is ongoing. We have also applied restrictions to accounts found in the possession of additional irregular DPK items that were not removed during the first round of maintenance. We will continue to investigate those accounts and retrieve any items deemed necessary. Our apologies once again for the inconvenience.
