Known Issues: May 30, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Market Fees Not Updated - The new Market registration fees previously announced through the patch notes for May 29 failed to be applied during yesterday's scheduled maintenance. This means that you will continue to encounter the same Market fees as before for now. We plan to update the game with the new Market fees during the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. After that date, you can expect the new Market fees to apply to all registered items. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[UPDATE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - September 6, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance for ALL SERVERS in order to carry out the following. - Fix server instability issues that occurred following the scheduled maintenance on September 4, 2018. Notice on Russia Connection Issues
Greetings, Saviors. Due to recent regional IP restrictions and related measures, players located in Russia have reported experiencing connection issues when attempting to access TOS from their region. If you play Tree of Savior from Russia, you may be unable to access your server and/or certain maps in the game. As this is a situation we are unable to control, we would like to advise players affected by this issue to contact their internet service provider for a possible solution. Meanwhile, you may also use a trustworthy VPN service to circumvent the IP restrictions. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Sweet Dessert Costume Rank S or A. (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. Rewards: Attribute Point Box (S rank) ALL Sweet Costume Box x1 Sweet Strawberry Bunny x1 - Winners will be announced on the event page on May 10, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 10 users during the scheduled maintenance on May 11, 2021.
