Notice on Russia Connection Issues
Greetings, Saviors. Due to recent regional IP restrictions and related measures, players located in Russia have reported experiencing connection issues when attempting to access TOS from their region. If you play Tree of Savior from Russia, you may be unable to access your server and/or certain maps in the game. As this is a situation we are unable to control, we would like to advise players affected by this issue to contact their internet service provider for a possible solution. Meanwhile, you may also use a trustworthy VPN service to circumvent the IP restrictions. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the Telsiai Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the Telsiai (SEA) server. Target Team - Teams of the Telsiai (SEA) server that do not have a record of entering the game from March 31, 2022 to April 2023 (the exact date will be announced in the future notice) ※ Teams that have a record of purchasing 10TP or above are not switched to dormant status. (This does not include teams that have only purchased steam DLC.) ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team in the SEA server must meet the criteria above to stay active. (Even if the team made in the NA server has purchased TP and logged in to the game, the team in the SEA server of the same account is still switched to dormant if it doesn't have records of purchasing and logging in.) Details 1. The teams of the Telsiai (SEA) server that do not have a record of entering the game from March 31, 2022 to April 2023 will be switched to a dormant team. - When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before December 31, 2023. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. Greetings, Saviors We are aware of the situation that in SEA server's Borutas is not spawned on correct timeline. We are suspecting the localized timeline is causing issues, which means, Borutas will not going to be spawned Today at SEA Again we are sorry for causing such inconveniencies and we are reviewing proper compensation for this matter

Greetings Saviors! The Goddess Blessed Screenshot event is here:) Take a screenshot of your character in the Sweet Dessert Costume and participate in the event to get awesome rewards! Period From April 20, 2021 at EST 00:00 To May 9, 2021 at EST 23:59 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the event post uploaded on Facebook. [Link] STEP 2. Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Sweet Dessert Costume Rank S or A. (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. Rewards: Attribute Point Box (S rank) ALL Sweet Costume Box x1 Sweet Strawberry Bunny x1 - Winners will be announced on the event page on May 10, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 10 users during the scheduled maintenance on May 11, 2021. Important - Characters on the screenshots must wear at least 1 Sweet Dessert costume from Goddess Blessed Cube. (Rank B, C, and costumes from Demon God's Temptation are excluded) - Screenshots of the winners can be uploaded on our website and Facebook winner announcing post. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - Incorrect server/team name of the character will not be counted. - Changing the team name before/after the winner announcement will not be counted. - Screenshot must contain the team name of your own. - Inappropriate comments including things such as slander, insults, and hate speeches will not be counted. - Any participation after the event period will not be counted.

[UPDATE] Known Issues: April 9, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Mouse Mode is not working properly - The mouse mode is not working properly after the scheduled maintenance of April 9 for some players. We have fixed the suspected part. Please restart your client to start the patch process for this issue. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
