Go to the [Ragana] NPC in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). STEP 2. Offer her 50,000 silvers and she might grant you with costumes by chance! - Even if you don’t get the costumes, you can exchange them with Demon God's Temptation Points collected by each offering. - 1 Demon God’s Temptation point will be given per each offering without reward. - Demon God's Temptation event items are sorted as [Legend/Unique/Magic] rank. Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Magic Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. STEP 3. Go to the [Demon God's Temptation Points Store] and buy costumes by using Demon God's Temptation Points. ※ Items in the Demon God's Temptation Point Shop will be deleted at the following dates. Task Unit: July 13, 2021 Ice Cold: August 10, 2021 Rosy Floret: September 7, 2021 Sweet: October 5, 2021 Criminal: November 9, 2021 STEM: December 7, 2021 Important - Consume Demon God's Temptation Points to exchange with the items in the Point Store. Points can be shared between teams. - Costume selection box from the [Demon God's Temptation] event can be exchanged into Demon God's Temptation Points. - Items from the Demon God's Temptation Points Store are not included in the number of acquisition limits per server. - [Wings/Effect/Doll] items exchanged from Demon God's Temptation Point Shop are given as a form of item, and [Costume] is given as a form of package. All contents from the package and items, exchanged by the points can only be moved to Team Storage. ※Contents described in this posting may be added, deleted, or changed due to updates.
Known Issues after 19th Feb Maintenance
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on February 19, 2019. 1) Specific action duplicates Borutas Wing 2) Having an error while crafting an item The reports already sent to the devs and are being reviewed. And we will update via this Announcement to let you know when it is fixed. Again we are sorry for your inconvenience. When in case of sending Support tickets, please specify your Team Name and also possible, ScreenShots/Videos/Timestamps. It may allow us to find common ground or specific errors, the more info we may have, the faster these issues could come to an end.
Announcement on EST and EDT change
Greetings, Saviors! We have been managing the standard server time based on EST and EDT. This requires additional temporary maintenances every March and November when the Summer Time applies. And the shift of server time affected some contents bound to a specific time in a negative way. Also, it caused confusion to the Saviors who do not belong to the EST/EDT timeline. Therefore, we will not apply the Summer Time from now on. The server time will be fixed to the current EST. The time displayed on the minimap will be fixed to current EST and will not be affected by the Summer Time. The time for contents will be as follow: GTW Klaipeda/Audra - 20:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 14:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 07:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 18:00 EST Gemstone Feud (Uniform Mode) Klaipeda/Audra - 21:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 15:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 08:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 19:00 EST The server time is no longer subject to be changed. But the open time of the contents can be changed for your convenience or request.

Known Issues: February 7, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Irregular Event Boost Pack Rewards - Players carrying the Boost Pack from the January 2018 Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported receiving only the basic pack from the February edition of the event, without the remaining milestone guide boxes. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to receive all Boost Packs from the event as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character's Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018. 2) Event Boost Pack Not Opening - Players participating in the February edition of the Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported being unable to open their Boost Packs. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to open the Boost Pack as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[Fan Art Festival Results] Happy 2 Year Anniversary
Greetings Saviors! It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the Happy 2 Year Fan Art Festival! As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this 2 year anniversary’s theme. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + [Updated] the In-Game Title ("2 Year Anniversary") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. [RESOLVED] Server Connection Issues in [SEA] Telsiai and Varena - May 9, 2017
UPDATE: The [SEA] servers are back up and you should be able to access them now. Compensation for the connection issues has also been sent to all teams on the Telsiai and Varena servers. Please collect it until May 12, 2017. Greetings, Saviors! We have detected connection issues in the [SEA] servers and are currently looking into the source of the problem. We will update this announcement once we have more details about the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
