Greetings, Saviors!We would like to announce the details of our weekly maintenance for (April 4, 2023). Make sure to check below for the maintenance schedule and patch notes.Please note that other issues and bugs are also being worked on even if they are not mentioned below.
Known Issues: April 17, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported after the scheduled maintenance of April 17: 1) Visual Display Error in Leticia’s Secret Cube - Certain Rank B rewards from Leticia's Secret Cube sharing the same visual display for Rank A rewards. However, the number of items received is correct. (e.g. Diamond Anvil) 2) Game Crashes when opening the “View Collection” Menu - When viewing all collections through the "View Collection" option from the Klaipeda Magic Association NPC or when selecting the option from the hotkey, the game client crashes. We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[UPDATE] Known Issue: August 22, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. Regarding the Invite A Friend Event We've had reports from our players that some of you are facing issues with the rewards for participating in the Invite A Friend event. Our devs are currently working on the said issue and the Friend Invite Codes will temporarily be disabled for the time being. [Updated] The Event NPC will not be interactable while the issue is being worked on.

Greetings Saviors! Hip, Hip, Hooray for the TOS Summer Day! Participate in our event on Facebook and Get the new item and costume! Event Period From 00:00 EST on August 13, 2020 To 23:59 EST on August 23, 2020 Who can Participate - All users playing Tree of Savior How to Participate - Press ‘Like’ and 'share' on the ToS Summer Event post uploaded on Facebook and leave a comment. [LINK] - The comment must include the following: 1) The correct server/team name of the character you wish to receive the reward 2) Make a phrase using one word to show your expectation of the ToS Summer! - ToS Summer is [ ]. 3) Feel free to fill in any other comments after including the phrase in 2)! Temporary Maintenance Notice - January 3, 2019
Greetings Saviors, We will be holding a temporary maintenance to resolve the issues with Instanced Dungeon Entries resets on Telsiai and Silute servers. This maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [SGT] 05:00 PM - 05:30 PM [BRST] 07:00 AM - 07:30 AM Note that this maintenance will affect TELSIAI AND SILUTE SERVERS only. We will update this announcement once the maintenance is complete. Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items.
