Known Issues: February 7, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Irregular Event Boost Pack Rewards - Players carrying the Boost Pack from the January 2018 Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported receiving only the basic pack from the February edition of the event, without the remaining milestone guide boxes. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to receive all Boost Packs from the event as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character's Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018. 2) Event Boost Pack Not Opening - Players participating in the February edition of the Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported being unable to open their Boost Packs. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to open the Boost Pack as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[Fan Art Festival Results] Happy 2 Year Anniversary
Greetings Saviors! It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the Happy 2 Year Fan Art Festival! As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this 2 year anniversary’s theme. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + [Updated] the In-Game Title ("2 Year Anniversary") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance of Mar 13, however, the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume will be delivered to the winners when the Cube is officially announced. Known Issues after 19th Feb Maintenance
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on February 19, 2019. 1) Specific action duplicates Borutas Wing 2) Having an error while crafting an item The reports already sent to the devs and are being reviewed. And we will update via this Announcement to let you know when it is fixed. Again we are sorry for your inconvenience. When in case of sending Support tickets, please specify your Team Name and also possible, ScreenShots/Videos/Timestamps. It may allow us to find common ground or specific errors, the more info we may have, the faster these issues could come to an end.

[UPDATE] Temporary Maintenance - November 11, 2020

Change of Monthly TP Spending Limitation Policy
Greetings, Saviors! We have been restricted the monthly TP spending in order to prevent chargeback fraud to the Steam accounts that have a shorter payment record since their time of the creation. We have been monitoring the chargeback fraud and found that the chargeback fraud is relatively at a safe level. Therefore, we decided to widen the TP limitation from 300 TP per month to 1000 TP per month. This policy will be applied after the scheduled maintenance on February 4th, 2020. Please note that this decision is subject to change when the chargeback fraud issue rises again. Thank you.
